Over Eden

First time here! Stopped in for a snack and drinks before the Pens game and we were not disappointed. Great views from both inside and outside on the deck. Our group enjoyed delicious crafted cocktails and the seasonal Pumpkin Ale. Service was fast and friendly and the seating is great for groups large or small. Apps were fried brussel sprouts, buffalo chicken egg rolls, and roasted red pepper hummus. Next time we'll order again and have photos to share!

On the top floor of the new TRYP hotel. Roof top bar with seating options inside and outside. Great view from anywhere you decide to sit. We were sat around their fire pit, very comfortable for conversation and to put share plates around. We had a light meal, dips plates and a short rib, food was very good. Plenty for 6. Staff was friendly. Beer, wine, cocktails, and house curated non alcoholic beverages available.

Come for the view and the fries. The view overlooks a bridge which feels a bit Truman Show but I’m into the vibes.

WOW! What amazing drinks, food, and service! Was not expecting this place to be nearly as good as it was. Recommending the dumplings, short rib sandwich and Sophisticated Lady (drink).

The dumplings were beautifully presented, perfectly and carefully prepared, and the sauce was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered them as an app and the service was very prompt.

And the SHORT RIB! That sandwich blew my socks off. It’s been three days and I’m still thinking about that thing. Holy cats that was so tender and perfectly seasoned and just immaculate.

As for the drink, SO cute and SO yummy. The color was adorable and I loved what they did with the rim. It was definitely a stiff drink but the taste of alcohol was by no means oppressive. The flavors in the drink were surprisingly well balanced.

The service was the best part though. Such smiley and friendly staff. I will certainly be back next time I’m in Pittsburgh. I cannot recommend this place enough. The menu is a little limited though so be sure to check ahead that you’ll find something you like!

Fantastic night out even during quarantine. They dont take reservations so come early. They have great views both inside and outside. The food was amazing as well as the drinks and the semi freedo was out of this world. Would definitely come back.

Our class reunion was just celebrated here a little over a week ago. Great place! Atmosphere is really nice as well!

Really enjoyed my time at Over Eden. The staff was super friendly, & the food and cocktails were good. Would definitely recommend getting their jerk chicken!!

Takes reservations. Can't do it online have to call to do it. Located inside a hotel. Has valet parking. Can get $15 off valet if you give restaurant valet ticket. Food is good. The ahi tuna is a waste of money.. it comes chopped in tiny pieces and is embarrassing to give a person. Staff is polite. There's always a wait if you have to order from bar. Pretty view of downtown Pittsburgh.

Food was great. Drinks were good. The serve rang some stuff up wrong on the bill but got it fixed. I would return

Ended our evening by having drinks with family at the roof top bar and then retiring to our rooms at the TRYP by Wyndham. Sat outside and enjoyed great weather & lovely sunset views.

Kyler the bartender gave such great service. He was attentive and made us whatever we wanted.

The view from up here is astonishing. the drinks are also great and the staff and extremely friendly. Didn’t try the food but it looked good! Worth a trip here for the view alone.

Fabulous week-day date. Perfect on a Wednesday. I could see how a weekend could be hopping as in other reviews.

We had a fantastic experience at Over Eden. It was my birthday and we had no idea where we were going to eat. I remembered this place was recommended to me by a friend and we were in the area so we stopped in and they got us seated very quickly. Our server was so sweet and polite and our appetizers and food came out super fast. The view was amazing and the atmosphere was so special with all the lights and greenery. The manager even stopped by to wish me a happy birthday ❤ I’m so glad we stopped in!

Cool place with a cool view. Visited on a Friday night, place was busy. Our drink and food orders unfortunately got stuck behind a large group which sucked, but that’s a Friday night for ya. Our server Cody with the cool tattoos took care of our first round of drinks because of our poor timing. Wasn’t necessary, but it’s cool that there are still servers (post covid) who take pride in their job.

Went for brunch and what a great spot! The rooftop patio is lovely with fantastic views. The food was excellent as well the service.

Roof top restaurant and bar experience is great. There was 2 person band playing mellow song in the background. Awesome vibe. I wish they had more vegan option, we were unfortunate that all vegan options were out. I will visit again for the vibe.
