I have worked with Lindsay Brown since she took over the office in 2012. In this time she and her staff have been exceptionally responsive to questions and needs (faxing documents to Motor Vehicle department within 10 minutes). At my request Lindsay has reviewed our various policies to ensure appropriateness, explored alternate approaches, and has explained the options in as much detail as I wanted. She provides the type of personal care that keeps me with her office and State Farm, even though I could possibly save a few dollars through another company.

Recently needed to insure my Jeep and reached out to Ms. Brown’s office. Immediately I received a reply from Thomas Gaden. He was quick and made the exact policy I wanted from my very quick and brief description. I later chatted with him to finalize my policy and he was THEE best ever. He talked to me through each step and he conversed with you as if you were an old buddy catching up! LOL Highly recommend calling this agent’s office. Thanks again, Thomas!

When I decided to get new quotes on insurance, I was looking for a local State Farm agent. I found Lindsay Brown Insurance online. I spoke with Mike, and he was extremely helpful and informative from the first call through the 2 months it took me to decide to switch my insurance. Always responsive and never pushy. I have had excellent experience with Lindsey Brown’s State Farm office. I unfortunately have been hit 3x and the office is always on top of everything. It made a not so great time bearable. I was a Fire Victim in June of 2022 & whenever I called my Previous State Farm Agent Steve Long, he said they aren't there to Help with Claims only Sales. After that Statement I looked for a State Farm Agent with Better Reviews from their Clients & Contacted Lindsay Brown. Not only has Lindsay gone Above & Beyond to Help me in any way she could, but her Office is also even more Attentive Particularly Heather who is still Helping me sort thru the Fire Claim. The only Real Problem that I've had throughout this entire Process is the Claims Department. They will do whatever it takes to Not Pay & you can ask me because I've been Paying Twenty-Nine Years Solidly for Every Possible Policy Imaginable to Protect myself, but State Farm Claims made my Life as Miserable as they Possibly could throughout the Claims Process. However, I am sure that they're Not unlike any other Insurance Company. I am Beyond Grateful to have found Lindsay Brown & her Office because they have done Nothing Short of trying to Help me thru just one of the most Difficult times in my Life. Thank-You Lindsay & Thank-You Heather for ALL of your Help in getting me thru such a Rough & Tough time.
