I am very happy to find a good dentist office near my house. The staff was very helpful and efficient. My visit was only 50min and I had x-rays + cleansing + consultation done. After that, they gave me a form explaining in details what services I need, how much my insurance covers and how much I should pay. Every practice should do the same, but this was the first time for me. It felt good to know exactly what I was paying for right away.

I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist. I’ve come to Bellevue Dental Associates 4 times now and every time I go, I leave feeling more relaxed and at ease than I’ve ever thought I could. Everyone here has been very understanding and patient with my fears. They treat me with kindness, respect and a sense of care for not only my oral health, but most importantly my level of comfort. Despite what some have said in other reviews, I’ve seen nothing but the best in cleanliness. They get you in and out in a very timely manner. For anyone fearful of dentists, I very highly recommend this office. If you explain your fears or things that make you uncomfortable, they truly do their utmost to ensure you that they’ve listened. They must make notes of those concerns, because after the first time you express them, you never have to remind them. Just an all around fantastic experience.

Staff provides thorough and fantastic service! I accidentally paid the dentist instead of the chiropractor through online banking. BobbiJo went above and beyond to contact my bank when they received the check, and had the whole transaction reversed. THEN they called to tell me they did this. That was so appreciated!

I've been coming here for years and just now decided to write a review. They are great here. If you are looking for a trustworthy dental office this is it. I dont have good insurance and was able to set up on a payment plan. Kind people here!

I felt tricked by these people, and tonight im paying a price in pain, after being told they would not pull a bad tooth even though i said twice prior to the visit that's what i sought? Even still they never mentioned they would not pull a tooth or I would not have went here, they suggested xray is what i needed done when i went in, I said again im hoping to get the tooth pulled ?. Then after ther suggested exray returned, the lady dentist said yes that tooth needs to be pulled but we don't pull teeth? So they charged me about $100.00 for the X-ray and sent me on my way with a referral to some other dentist? Why wouldn't they have said we don't pull teeth when I told them originally on my phone call and when I sat down in the chair and when she said I'm going to take an X-ray I said I was just hoping this would get pulled. Like I said I felt tricked, deceived,I wouldn't go back.

I went to have a mercury filling replaced with a composite filling and ended up with a cracked filling, exposed nerve, and infection. The office is dirty. The dentist, Dr Kostelenik, was impatient and rude and was sweating the whole time she worked on me. She actually threw dental tools on the ground instead of asking an assistant to throw them in the trash. When I called to complain of the pain in my tooth after the procedure they told me it was normal and to wait a week. I explained that this pain was intense and out of the ordinary. Still told to wait. I waited a week then my tooth became infected and the pain was in the entire right side of my head. When I finally made it back in for an appointment I asked the simple question of how this happened and the doctor became very defensive stating that maybe I should have someone else do the procedure and they’ll refund my money. I left with my nerve still exposed and in pain. I had to wait another week before a dentist appointment with someone else. They never refunded my money either. I even called the owner of the office and told her assistant about the issue and they never even bothered to call me back. In my 43 years of going to dentists this was by far the most horrible experience I’ve ever had.

On vacation in Italy for the whole winter! Don't need new patients I guess! Paunful emergency no offer of referral...unbelievable for a professional DDS

I came here because I needed my teeth cleaned for engagement photos. They canceled each appointment and rescheduled appointment they made for two months. I finally decided to go somewhere else.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I was treated with disrespect and so was my wife. There’s much better dentists in the Bellevue area that you’ll have better work done.
