I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and it’s been great! Management and maintenance are both wonderful at addressing questions or concerns and it’s also very quiet!

Homes are priced on the high side but monthly rent for the lot is not bad

Nice trailer park community placed in an urban setting ..friends who live there say pricing of lots are fair priced and the back lots have nice amount of natural green scape .

It's not TERRIBLE... if you own and never have money problems. We own our trailer and other than a few months where we've been behind, we get left alone. This is the second company in almost two years that we've lived here, and it's quiet! People don't come here unless they need to.

Theres issues here of course, there are anywhere, but if you're low on income or want cheaper living its not the worst place to be.

There have been 3 shootings over the last couple years but once you look into them it's mostly been private disputes, and I have to say I've never had a problem. My daughter loves it!

Place is nice but management needs more work on or better training as the maintenance people.
