Christa helped us sell a unique property that had been in the family for a long time. The property had a newly renovated living space as well as a large unfinished space that had endless possibilities. Determining a value for the unfinished space was the biggest challenge in the process. Christa looked at several factors to calculate a listing price. She shared her rationale and calculations with us and all of it was reasonable and made perfect sense. No other potential listing agent who looked at the property was able to do that.
