Dr. Stephen R. Hribar, MD

On my first visit, Dr. Hribar barreled into the exam room, and without even looking at me, threw my x-rays up on the viewer and began discussing my case. It was as if I wasn't there. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and did not leave, at once, as my head told me to do. I was in too much pain to not try to have someone, anyone, help me.
Slowly, Dr. Hribar became more human and settled into a better bedside manner. Still, I had to start the in-depth conversation about my problem. Hribar listened, responded, adequately and seemed sincere. He also exhibited some warmth. And the treatment he recommended for me worked.
But, I cannot shake that first impression of the first few seconds of meeting him. Dr. Hribar will have to work long and hard to erase my image of him as a somewhat callous and over-challenged MD.

After my wife had both hips done she began to have pain months after her surgery. We went back to dr. Hribar to see why. After looking at her x rays he said we would have to go see another doctor with no explanation. It turns out he did both hips wrong, and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. My wife is inconstant pain and cannot do steps.he has ruined her life. Thanks doc. For not even admitting what you did. Just pawn off your mistakes to someone else. I can't help but come back on to condemn you for completely ruling my wife's life. Every time I think of you it angers me, and that is every day. I know where I'd like to put that prosthetic you improperly installed. Some day you will get yours. May it put you in as much pain as she is in everyday.
