My boyfriend went into Profile’s today to totally transform his look. He has unusually curly and long hair and he has always wanted a solid Mullet, just to say he did it, and today was the day. I don’t think our stylist had any idea what was coming but I just want to applaud her.
Our stylist was Maura and she was so unbelievably sweet and patient during the whole process. She made sure he liked it every step of the way and it turned out exactly how he wanted it to. We could not be more happy with the results.
Profile’s exudes a level of kindness and customer service unlike many salons I have seen. The salon itself is a beautiful twist and tribute to the 1920’s era, giving off a beautiful chic Great Gatsby vibe.
From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were happy, pampered, and respected.

I started coming to Profiles in 2021 when I was looking for a new and handy salon and I’ve been so impressed by my ongoing experiences! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, and everything is well-kept. The location is easy to find and I always feel welcomed in by friendly greeters!

Caitlin is my go-to stylist, and she is absolutely fabulous! To have someone who takes the time to understand my hair (thick, coarse hair) is so valuable and makes me feel confident in her hands. She always provides helpful tips for maintenance between appointments and provides quality service.

I have been a client at Profiles for 21+ years. Cheri does a fantastic job on my hair! I have very short and fine hair. Cheri always mixes up my style and keeps it current. The other stylists are very welcoming and talented. Many different people with lots of different skills. I highly recommend Profiles. Feels like home to me!

Absolutely love this hair salon. My family and I have been coming to this salon for 20+ years. My son had his very first haircut here before he was 1 yrs old.
He is now 21 and lives in a different state. Everytime he comes home, he schedules an appointment to get his haircut. Cheri has always been my stylist, she does a fantastic job on my haircuts and color. I always get compliments on my hair and I give her all the credit. I was looking for a hairstylist in the area and the reviews for Profiles were pretty good so I called and was scheduled with Sarah. She was really great! Friendly, warm, welcoming and just the right amount of talkative. She did a hair consultation and then shampooed and conditioned my hair with a really amazing head rub! She ran on time and finished in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist!

I am a first time participant of Profiles Styling Salon, and had Sydney O. as my stylist. I had a very good, relaxing, and informational experience. Sydney O. was very passionate about her work and gave many great ideas for my haircut. After pursing her suggestions, I would definitely go back again! At the end, I had also asked her a few questions about coloring, and she knew exactly what was best for me and my hair! THANKS SYDNEY!

The salon was wonderful! From the ease of scheduling, to the welcoming atmosphere and the pleasant staff - I truly enjoyed myself. Sydney worked her balayage magic on my dark hair for a big change to carmel tones just in time for summer. She did an amazing job! Since it's been quite awhile since I've had color, she even explained the option to come back for toner and made excellent suggestions on the placement and hues. Everyone I encountered was friendly and clearly well versed in their trade. I'm looking forward to going back!

I have gone to Lori for years and she is the best stylist and Profiles is the best salon . I have very thick hair and she has done tremendous things with my hair and she truly cares about each of her clients !! It is a wonderful place you must see Lori she is the best !!

The salon staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of stylist available for both both adults and children. I am relatively new to the area and I am impressed with the quality of the service and the dedication to achieving a good outcome for the client.

I’ve been going to Diana at this hair salon my whole life! She gave me my first haircut! Can’t say enough about how professional and friendly the staff is here. Prices are also reasonable for the quality job they do!

My 1st visit was with SYDNEY who did an excellent job in both cutting & coloring my hair. I have difficulty finding stylists who actually get the correct shade of copper but Sydney was spot on! 1st try!! I'm also very particular about my hair & how it's cut. Once again, perfect! She's a keeper & would recommend to anyone!! 😁
2nd visit couldn't get Sydney. Color was completely wrong & wasn't too thrilled w/my cut either, even tho 2nd stylist had more experience.

Absolutely the best place for color and cuts if you are picky. I have been known to drive 4hrs away just to get that perfect cut, in Canada!! Luckily I found this amazing place. Ask for Katelyn! She is patient, not pushy and was able to customize my hair color to exactly what I needed! Also a pic for reference, my hair is super long, curly and hard to manage. She somehow has managed to make it look amazing! perfect color, perfect long layers!

Profiles has a great staff that is energetic and genuine. When you go for your appointment you are treated like royalty. It's a great experience and their prices are more than reasonable. I look forward to going every 5 weeks and have booked my appointments all the way through March! You will never go anywhere else once you've come here.

Sydney worked magic on my hair! She knew her stuff and got my blonde just the way I wanted it. Prices are generally similar to other places I’ve been but worth it! I will be going back!
