Excellent job replacing heel caps on several pairs of my high heels. They even repaired a few scuffs and scrapes on the shoes. All pairs literally look brand new. Employees I spoke with at both drop off and pickup were great and very friendly. I had no idea it was a retail store as well, I thought it was only a repair shop. Very big selection of boots, will definitely be back next time I am in need of new waterproof hiking boots.

Fantastic boot repairs at a wonderful price! When you spend $200+ on boots, you want them to last... Northeast Shoes and Repair breathed new life into my boots for much less than buying new boots. Very thankful for their skills, kindness and wonderful service.

A good shoe repair place is hard to find these days. They did an excellent job of replacing the rubber heals on 3 pair of my leather shoes and one pair of boots. They even cleaned and polished them. My shoes looked brand new when I picked them up. I will definitely be using them in the future.

After wearing the soles of my favorite boots down they gave them new life..this place is a father / son and they absolutely nailed this repair job...

Didn't catch the name of my associate, but he was very helpful and courteous. The store offers high quality products. It's well worth spending a bit more for the product to last you. I know the Iron rangers I picked up will last at least my lifetime.

I recently took one of my boots in to be repaired since there was a crack in the tread. They were able to have it fixed and ready within a few days, and it's holding up great! Reasonably priced, and kind, efficient staff.

I can definitely give 5 stars, I've been buying boots and work cloths here for years now and never had a bad experience, had to exchange some items for different sizes and never a problem, always easy shopping, tons of work cloths, boots, and everyday cloths.
