Party City

Party City was always a place that I can always go to to get help with the balloons or any party events that I do. Sara manager was very kind answering all questions I had for party and she give my son a balloon for free which was a very kind gesture by her.

Even though they don't have much selection here because it is a smaller store you can still find everything that you need here I would recommend going for your party stuff.

The did a great job on the balloons I purchased from another business. They filled each balloon with a longer lasting helium for $2 per balloon and arranged them for us when we picked up the order. They did a great job, Kaiden was great!

I love this store! You can find all kinds of fun stuff at a decent price. And if you're a kid at heart like me, take lots of money with you when you go because you'll want one of everything!

Ana is amazing and always takes excellent care of me, she makes me shine at work for Weddings and Events of Pittsburgh! The black balloons were perfect for my event!

I forgot to pick up my daughter's balloons, so I went the next morning. They handed me the balloons and the one balloon was already not floating (obviously because it sat there all night.) I said oh well, my fault, it's fine. But one of the employees offered to blow up a new one, free of charge. I said sure! She didn't have to do that at all. It was appriciated though.

OUTSTANDING customer service at the cranberry location. After the bridgeville location refused to blow up three latex balloons (that location does not take walk ins for balloons before 2pm on Saturday and Sundays apparently) I drove to the cranberry location and had a completely different experience than bridgeville. I was greated as soon as I walked in the door, I was offered help finding some items, and they happily blew up my balloons! I also observed a gentleman asking for a teal number 10- they didn't have teal but instead of just saying we don't have that color ,the party city employee said we don't currently offer teal but if you follow me I can show you what we do have, she kindly walked him over to the selection and he made another color choice- she didn't have to do that but this just goes to show what great customer service is! I will definitely be returning to this location! The staff was friendly, attentive, and really made a difference in my shopping experience!

Great selection! I had shopped there a few weeks ago for a party...just looked today to get things together for same party this weekend and noticed a few items missing. Don't know if I left them there or what happened. I called PC and they didn't have a bag left behind... but they pulled my items and set them aside for me to stop quickly to pick up. Bonus, they did not charge me for the items! That's great service! Thanks Party City!

I routinely use this store for party supplies. Every employee has been incredibly helpful! I purposefully go to this Party City in Cranberry which is further than the one in Waterworks because of the employees here! They are always pleasant...at one point an employee went out of his way just to make my balloon order a little more special and pretty!

Had an emergency. Gender reveal balloon broke before reveal. Employees were so kind and understanding. They had a new one full and ready for us to pick up and did charge us. This is true customer service. Thank you for saving the day!!!

Great service! Although the person behind the counter was obviously confused why I bought first holy communion balloons on a Tuesday, I still had an amazing experience! Party on!

Rented a helium tank from the. I put a reservation for it 2 months earlier and they had it ready to go on the day i picked it up. The tank work well with no hassle get my return deposit.

So many items to choose from! They have items from balloons to practically any celebration supplies. Not many employees working here when I was there but the few were very nice and helpful.

We placed an order for curbside pickup for helium balloons. The sales person was awesome and helpful.

I came in last minute and found everything I needed. Ordered a bunch of balloons for my granddaughter's first birthday and they did then while I waited.

Wonderful experience they were out of a few costumes we were looking for however though they had substitutes staff and management was very energetic and helpful
