I had a paint recall on my vehicle, I had been “working” with another collision center for almost a year, in a constant run around with them. I was referred to Bowser Collision Center, Tom Solo was my contact and he is terrific! Had the approval for the repair the same day I met with him, paint was completed within the week! Excellent communication throughout, thank you Tom!

Lorraine who runs the front office was great guiding me through my car repair process. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The estimators were very professional and courteous. Those who actually did the work on my Chevy Equinox did a beautiful job! I'm very pleased.

I rear-ended another car on 51 on a Friday afternoon. Bowser Collision was in network with our insurance, so we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They handled the tow & had an estimate with all parts ordered by that Wednesday. Bowser had my car completely fixed just 12 business days later! Scott was communicative & honest. From wreck to taking it back home, it was a total of 3 weeks. Could not be more pleased! My car was returned to me cleaned, vacuumed, & looking brand new.

Every step in the process was top notch. Kind, courteous employees. Efficient estimate and work. Attention to detail. Kept me regularly informed via text. Outstanding!

I've had a few vehicles repaired here. I've worked in a body shop and they do as good of a job as most places. I had one issue where the clear coat came off after a repair while washing the truck. I called them up and they fixed it right away with no hassle.

They work well with my insurance, I've never had any hassle.

I'd bring my everyday driver here again.

I’ve been fortunate enough to not need to visit too many body shops, but I will definitely bring my truck back here. Here’s why:

- They were able to do my appraisal and get my truck fixed in the same week after I was rear ended.
- When the other party’s insurance company was being an absolute migraine, they were able to get it sorted out on my behalf.
- The white is actually the same shade as the rest of my truck (I’ve had problems with this at other body shops before.)
- Plus, they vacuumed out my filthy floor mats. And when I say filthy, I mean FILTHY.

Dropped my 2015 Mini Cooper S off for repairs after being hit by a deer. There was significant damage done to the front end of the car. I was skeptical about having my car done at any other facility other than the Pittsburgh Mini/BMW facility, but their prices were so high that my insurance would not work with them. I spoke with Bowser CC as they worked directly with my insurance company. I dropped my car off and immediately was able to get a rental car at the enterprise that was also right there at the building. About a week and a half later my car was finished and completely detailed inside and out. I could not be more happy with the results, the car literally looked brand new. The color matching was perfect which was something that I was extremely concerned about since the color of my car is sort of unique. Huge thanks to Mark at Bowser Collision Center. He was extremely easy to work with and helped me through this whole process. I will definitely be coming here in the future if I ever need more work done!

Car was repaired on time and easy to work with, from the initial drop-off to renting a car to picking up, good people who made the fact my car was smashed up less stressful. Bowser service has always been first class, car felt good as new when completed.

Very fast to give the estimate and make the repairs. Given the disruption in auto supplies, (I have A Honda, especially hard hit), they had the repair done In less then a month. As of this writing, some places were estimating 2 to 7 months! Thanks to Bowser Collision Center, my wait wasn't nearly as long and the vehicle looks brand new! Staff is courteous and transparent throughout the entire process as well.

I could not be more pleased with my car. They definitely take care of their customers and take pride in what they do. Mr. John the manager goes above and beyond. I will forever take my cars there when in need. I have a 2014 XTS and they had it looking brand spanking new. This was my second time taking my car to Bowser Collision. Bowser Collision was assigned to me by my insurance company due to an accident I had in August 2021. After waiting several weeks to get my car in due to the busyness of the company, I took my car in for service. The agent, Mr. Nola was very friendly, patient and helpful with me. I experience some noises in the steering and had to take back several time. Each time I communicated the issues I was experiencing, Mr. Nola exhibited patience and concern to gain my satisfaction. He even refer me to take my car to Bowser Automotive for additional consultation of the noise I heard with their mechanics. Bowser Automotive also work with patience, professional courtesy and in an extreme manner to please me as a customer. Mike & the guys always take great care of our vehicles! Unfortunately I am a repeat customer, my cars are accident magnets! But for the past 10yrs they have done quick, quality work on 7 of my vehicles! I highly recommend them!!

Took my GMC there after my wife had a accident. The repair process was extremely easy. I was able to get a rental car all in one spot. The work they did turned out great. Dave was very easy to deal with.

Dropped of my Fiat Abarth after being hit. They were super polite, quick, and cut no corners with my repairs. Color matching was perfect and was blended perfectly over the door, bumper and good. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
