McDonald's

This visit was a drive-thru visit. I was asked if I was ready to order very soon after driving up the speaker and ordered drinks for my husband and I. At the pay window I was met with a friendly smile and the cashier was kind enough to wait while I got out the cash I wanted to use instead of my card. The order pick-up window I was handed my drink order immediately after the worker verifying that was going to be handed to me was in fact the correct drink order.

Friendly workers, excellent attention to detail

This is one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to..from food service to cleanliness...and the staff is amazing

This is an accurate and quick McDonald's. The food is also top notch for fast food. Been here several times for breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the food comes quick.

Food is usually hot and fresh. 9 times out of 10 they get all our food right. Inside and bathrooms are clean every time we go. This spot is very busy though so plan on a 10 - 15min wait during meal times.

Open late! Food was hot hot! Staff was friendly.

I don't eat at McDonald's anymore, just do to trying to save on money and watch what I eat.

Went through the drive thru around 930pm 10pm. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal with bacon . Got it I was like awesome. Then checked the rest of my order I ordered 2 more double quarter pounders. And got a quarter pounder in the double quarter pounder box. This is the second time in 11 years I lived in the town where my order was wrong.

Then they told us in the lobby we had to leave they were closing it up so no one could go into the lobby to eat. That was at Springfield Vermonts McDonalds

This location appears to be well-managed. They seem to handle their drive-through traffic very efficiently. All items I have received were at the correct temperature, and the staff were pleasant.

Well, it's a McDonald's. As far as I'm concerned, they make the best unsweetened iced tea around! That is my go to with an occasional breakfast sandwich. Love the app and the BOGO for taking a survey.

This location is always clean and the staff so friendly. Occasionally I've ran into issues with service being slow but the manager always makes it up and I've been given a few complimentary cards in the past for long waits but i expect waits at certain times of the day.

So, two sides to a coin. There was an inconvenience pulling up to order and being told its cash only. Driving with the family on the road and past the kids dinner time, things are tense. We found an ATM thent back to order.

They messed up the order and only gave us one happy meal, we ordered 2. They charged us for one but asked us to pull up and they came out with our other kids meal free of charge.

The order yourself boards make the whole experience of dining at McDonald's more enjoyable. Being able to take your time going through the menu without feeling pressured to hurry to order or being in hopes they understood you correctly! You're able to customize your meals and read through your selections before submitting the order! If you haven't stopped in yet to try it out you should whether it's just for a beverage of any type or it's for a meal! We frequent McDonald's more often now since we now have the option order ourselves!

Very friendly employees,great coffee&food choices also has a bathroom for men and one for women. Has wifi can watch the news. They play music from the 50s i believe or 60s. Its great.

I stopped in McDonald's, when my blood sugar level started to get low. Thankfully, one of the employees helped me sit down and brought me Coke and orange juices to keep me alive, until Springfield paramedics arrived. My thanks goes out to everyone that helped me survive!

I don't usually leave reviews for McDonalds, but I had to comment on how clean this one was. Service was great as well, but it was so nice to see a location pay that much attention to keeping the place up and making it a place worth taking a few extra minutes to eat in.

The staff is super nice, which comes as a surprise considering the usual pushiness of fast food. Also the manager does everything to keep the customers happy, which is a big plus.

Perfect hot, ordered to go food! Pandora and Merle had the most phenomenal customer service and I would like to see them get recognition for their incredible service!

Love McDonalds, but do not like the new big computer ordering system. So many screens and stuff on the screens to find what I want. Just go to counter, so easy.

The fastest and best McDonald's drive-thru I've been in. Fries are awesome and my order is always accurate. No complaints.
