Very friendly, go out of way to help the seniors understand these cellular phones. A big difference from the old fashion wall phones but allows more freedom.

Stephan was an incredIble representative of Verizon, he was very knowledgeable and patient. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something that did not suit my needs! He was very attentive and made sure all of my information was transferred to my new devices and that I was signed in to everything I needed to be signed in to. What usually is a long draw out process was very quick and efficient I can not say this enough thank you for making this such a wonder Experience I will forever recommend this location

This place is awesome! Had an issue where I couldn't get into my phone cause I forgot my password, stephan was Instrumental in getting me back into my phone. He was kind and patient when I was freaking out and he knew exactly what he needed to do. It took a lot longer than he thought it would and he was on the phone with HQ for a while so he gave me a free accessory for the inconvenience. I will absolutely be coming here again. Stephan was honestly awesome and a life saver!!

I had amazing service today at the Russell cellular branch in Springfield Vermont with Verizon representative Stefan. He’s a wealth of knowledge regarding cell phones and how they operate.
He showed me at least three different ways I can save money. Well done! I’ll be back again.

Stephan was absolutely phenomenal, and definitely went above and beyond! My phone has all of my clients on it and decided to freeze on me with no way to get in. I called online Verizon and apple care and they basically did nothing to help, but tell me the only way I was going to be able to solve the problem was by paying $200 to get a new phone. I knew my plan was almost up and that I could just go in and pay off my plan to get my free upgrade. What I did not know that I was also able to trade in my phone! My phones trade it value was $136. OVER the amount I needed to pay off my plan to be able to get the free update. Stephan not only shared with me that I was going to be able to trade in my phone for that value BUT also took the 45 minutes that it took to unlock my iPhone from find my iPhone in order to actually trade in my phone. He also shared with me (because I’m on a business account) that I was able to switch my entire plan over (with 7+phones on it) to UNLIMITED data INSTEAD of the shared 16 gigs for $150 LESS a month. I was so overly joyed and thrilled with my experience here in the Springfield VT, Verizon. I have gone to the Verizon in Rutland and have never gotten anything other than attitudes, and doing the most to get the most out of you instead of doing the most so you’re not spending the most. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU to Stephen for doing the absolute most for me, and creating a lot less stress in my life. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

I needed a dual sim phone and was the first customer to ask for one. Stephan was a trouper in figuring out the, not so intuitive process, to get me set up. He was friendly and patient with me and the Verizon support line. I am up and running, love my phone and love the service I received. Support the local guys!

They staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining our options and gave honest answers on the best way for us to handle how to best upgrade our phones. I would like to commend Savannah at the Springfield, Vermont Verizon office! I had many questions regarding getting my mother-in-law set up with a cell phone and Savannah was patient and professional, leaving no questions unanswered! Great job!

Went in for a charger and walked out with a better understanding of my bill and the services that I am being offered with my plan. Definitely will be going back and using this location as my Verizon store.
