We upgraded three phones today. The hardest part was picking out a new cases! The transaction from start to finish was painless. She showed us our options and wasn’t pushy in any way !

Kayla was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in updating to a new phone and contract. She managed every obstacle that came up with confidence, skill, and a friendly demeanor. Certainly one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a store in ages. Will recommend to all my friends.

I had above excellent service from the associate Brooke. I had two wonderful unexpected days to spend with her. She was superb at pleasing every customer that came thru the door.though the internet did not work well all day .while working for it too work, she accommodated everyone in a pleasant and timely manner.
I was there most of two days getting a phone and service. It was a wonderful experience for me but a very exhausting one for her without any breaks.
I hope things can be worked on to make it more efficient work environment for the associates.
You have a 'gem' working for you and I'm Pleased to have met her and spent awesome time with her.

I can't say enough about Brooke. She makes you a priority while multi tasking many others and she always looks out for what is the best solution for her customers. Brooke rocks under pressure, but I can really just say she rocks because clearly cares about her customers and is excellent at what she does.

New ladies working in Springfield Vermont location and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them

Went in to buy a new screen protector and Jeremy found the correct one . I expected to install it ,but He asked for the phone and did it for Me ... Stayed and talked about upgrades and new phone models . He was very helpful and shared much info I didnt know !

It's honestly depends on who's helping at time. When came in awhile back to upgrade my phone, I felt like I got tricked into doing a contract. But since then I've been dealing with 1 person and she's helped make my visits and upgrades go soo much smoother and easier to deal with.
