The Hub at Weston

Fantastic place! First time visitor for an early lunch. I had the half sandwich, soup and salad lunch special, choosing Grilled Cheese and Corn Soup. The sandwich was gooey and filled with cheese and some sauteed cinnamonapples. It was such an unusual combination, but it was delicious, as was the soup. I highly recommend visiting there!

Amazing Small Vermont country restaurant in a renovated old farm house. Limited seating so make a Reservation ahead of time if possible. Located next to new Theater…a bit tricky to see where to turn and park but worth it. Staff is amazing nd food was terrific.

This is the best meal we have had during our nearly three weeks of travel in the Northeast! We originally came to Weston to see the country store, but it was lunchtime, and we stopped at the Hub first. In our opinion, it should be a destination on its own. The surroundings are lovely, and the service is excellent and friendly. But the food!! Everything is freshly prepared on site. My corn soup and corned beef sandwich with horseradish cream on homemade sourdough bread was amazing!! We were scheduled to be further down the road or we would have stayed for dinner! The Hub is worth a special trip and will be one of our favorite memories from this vacation!

The wine tastings at the Hub have been outstanding. I have attended 3 and am booked for the next one. The chef's food pairings just keep getting more outstanding, service is always friendly and efficient, and the wine purveyors are entertaining and informative. The evening is worth every penny. Thank you to the hosts for continuing to make the Hub of Weston just that.

This has quickly become our favorite place to go! Chef Mike is creative and excellent. We thoroughly enjoy every dish. His terrines are exceptional and absolutely delicious. It is one of our favorite things on his menu! Chef Mike changes the menu frequently, which keeps it fresh and inviting.
Lovely farmhouse location with kind servers and warm atmosphere. We will continue coming back again and again! Thankyou for a wonderful date night!

This place was recommended to us by a local we met on the ski lift at Okemo! We had a delicious dinner! You can tell each dish is thoughtfully composed, and the chef frequently changes offerings based on what he can get locally. The service was great, good wine and beer selection. We will definitely be back next time we visit! 🙂

Wonderful restaurant with beautiful ambiance. Menu was diverse and thoughtful. One of the best meals we've had in Vermont for dinner. Would highly recommend and definitely planning to return!

Wonderful restaurant. After escaping the “tourist” area of Weston, The Hub was a delightful surprise. A short seven minute walk north of the town center on the main road brings you to a quaint old house with a fabulous little restaurant. Not very well marked but well worth visiting.

Everything was perfect. Excellent food from appetizers on through to deserts. Creative cocktails - delicious! Friendly attentive service. Lovely farmhouse atmosphere. So happy we found this and will come back, both for pre theater meals and other times as well.

Wóuld definítely come back every week if we lived in the area ( but would be a challenge from Kansas City.) Many kudos to the chef!!!

A fantastic stop on the 100, great people, great food, great ambiance.
Highly recommend swinging in for an espresso, sandwich, or local brew.

Great food and good overall experience! Met friends there on. Sunday, more of a brunch style occasion. Salmon on toast w/eggs highly recommend, meatloaf sandwich was perfect. Friend also got french toast and bacon. Excited to go back again sometime - well done by the staff in all respects.

Even though the waitstaff was busy with a catering event, they were generous enough to help out a group of thirsty moms who were free of childcare duty for a short spell. Thanks for the delicious wine and for making our evening memorable! We will be back to sample more of the menu in the future!

Wonderful dinner at The Hub in Weston. Great atmosphere in a small, charming farmhouse. Very good and attentive service, and all of the food was delicious! My new favorite restaurant! We will be back. Just loved it!

We came here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary, and it was so good we came back for lunch the next day. Everything is made with love. Wonderful seasonal offerings with friendly service. This was a highlight of our trip to Weston. We will have to come back to the area just to eat here!

Pretty terrific in all aspects of our visit. Our server, Tammy, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and the food was delicious. There are a limited amount of choices. But they served all tastes and preferences. We will be back!

Went here for dinner and it was great ! Great atmosphere, wonderfully kind staff, excellent service and just all around fantastic. Cocktails were different and tasty. Food was creative and delicious. Highly recommend a stop!

Meal was outstanding, trout on fresh vegetables. Rose wine delicious and the wait staff lovely and informed. Such a great addition to the community. Job well done chef!
