Beautiful Catholic Church. My father grew up in the neighborhood and was a part of the parish his entire life. I understand why he wanted to stay. I've had many great experiences with Saint Raphael's. The church itself is gorgeous.

I wish that someone who would leave a one-star review of this welcoming church and great community institution would substantiate their claim with further information. I suspect that they have no personal experience with St. Raphael in particular, and some other ax to grind with the Catholic Church in general.

Frustrating that Google reviews give them an anonymous platform.

St Raphael is a beautiful church inside and out. Father Donnelly is a great priest a great speaker and a great friend. Each time I go to mass I fell uplifted. And feel much closer to GOD and my family and friends. God bless the church and Father Donnelly. And God bless all of you reading this.

Local fish fry. Starts at 430. Line forms at about 4. Line beers available by donation. Fish portions are huge. Definitely a favorite especially when it's hot. Check out the 5th grade bake table for some of the freshest desserts. Seating available first come first serve.

My parish church since 1957, still to this day. Many wonderful moments, some sad too. Saint Raphael's Church in Morningside is #1.

St.Raphael's is a beautiful church. Also very comfortable padded pews. Parking is a bit of a chore in that you would have to park on the street.

This Morningside/Highland Park Parish has stood the test of time; and although the Diocese of Pittsburgh is going thru many changes, St. Raphael's, in conjunction with Sacred Heart of Shadyside, still serves the community well. We are losing schools, but still keeping the FAITH and is on par with the new formed St. Mary Magdalene of the East End Community Churches (St. Charles Lwanga/Mother of Good Counsel-St. James and St. Bede).
