I bought a Forester from Mr. Bertolino last year, he was very friendly, showed me the Carfax report from it and chatted a bit. His wife did all the paperwork, a very nice lady. They even put up with me taking it for a few hours to my mechanic (where I spent entirely too much time BSing, sorry Mr. Bertolino!) and worked with me on the price even though there wasn't anything other than maintenance issues that it needed.

I didn't have any meaningful contact with his staff (one of which is his son, who was also very friendly and polite) while I was there, though I did turn up at lunch time and had to wait a few minutes, poor timing on my part, so I had a friendly chat. No complaints about anyone there, a bunch of nice guys.

Overall I would buy a car again from Bertolino's if the opportunity came up.
