Great customer service as well as technical experience. We purchased a laptop for me last year which I was very pleased with and my friend purchased a tower for his desktop today and he is very pleased not only for the product but for the one on one help Ben gave him. He went above and beyond, answering all his questions. We drove an hour to get there because we knew we would get exceptional customer service.

Laptop was stuck on restarting would not start. Tech was able to resolve issue and make sure system had all updates all within 1 hour. Great support at reasonable pricing
