Panera Bread

OK I went here for my first time ever to this chain last week I went again today it’s phenomenal. I am now a loyal customer with registration and I cannot wait to keep giving them my business because it is very good and everybody is respectful. The place is awesome to clean. Thank you respectfully Brad I’d recommend it to everybody.

Great place to come and knock out some remote work related tasks. There is a limited number of power outlets for table dining. The Bar has plenty of outlets.

Food is good, come here often when I need to work remote.

First time in this new store, blown away. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Food was delicious, clean and presentation was perfect. The whole store was set up so nice and clean! Highly recommend.

I lost my phone here during the trip , but the manager kept it safe for several days, and I was able to get it on my way home! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We have always had great customer service and dining experiences here. During our most recent order for my family, I was running into an issue with the App. I called the store and Amber walked me through everything and went above and beyond in helping me make sure the order was successfully placed. Thank you, Amber! We're lucky to have this store in our neighborhood!

I've been to Panera's all over the US.

This one is clean and the wait times are better than average.

The staff seem to like and respect each other. In particular, Lauren was insistent on going beyond what I would have expected when my wife had left her purse there. She offered to help, going out of her way, and the store was very gracious to us. Seems like the management has hired great people who work together and care about customers.

I ordered breakfast for my kids and I and the lovely lady at the drive thru gave my Chance boy a nice pup cup of whipped cream. Nice treat before his surgery tomorrow ❤ ( He waited very patiently until we got to the window)

This is a great place to eat, food is very good. However, one thing that concerns me is the plastic ware at the food window. The bins have crumbs(I assume, it's crumbs) in them that the plastic ware is laying in. I'm not sure of 2 things: #1 why aren't the spoons, forks and knives individually wrapped? And since they aren't, why aren't t he bins labeled. "SPOONS" "FORKS". "KNIVES"? Not knowing what you're reaching for, it makes me wonder when I get a spoon from there, how many people fingered it, by thinking they were getting a fork or knife since you guess what you're reaching for, and put it back. That's certainly an infection control alert to me. If the bins are labeled, you know what you're reaching for, not guessing and throwing it back once you discovered you got a fork instead of a spoon

For a first-time visit to Panera bread, this was something new and refreshing. The staff was able to help me understand what I'd like to order. I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich, which was fantastic. The various drink options are something to behold, especially the charged lemonade 😋. While waiting, I took in the atmosphere, which was something to envy, a modern look for fast food. I look forward to coming back sometime soon; I hope they keep up the great work.

Fresh and good. The food was spectacular!! The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue was 2 of the 3 ordering tablets were down for being out of order. I can't say enough good things about the food!!!

It just happened that we arrived on a Saturday when the lunch service was extra busy since several soccer teams arrived to the restaurant at the same time. We still placed our order via the app and found a table while we waited.

While I observed the staff feverishly working to meet the demands of so many people, I was VERY impressed with the Team Manager, MIRANDA PETERMAN. She kept a smile on her face and kindly responded to the many questions and complaints that were sent her way. I wish I had been able to see all the name tags of her team. They were incredible! I know the cue had at least 50+ orders listed, and the team were putting them out quickly. Well done!!!

Wow, I am beyond impressed with the experience I just had with this location! We are visiting the area and staying with family at a camp about 15 minutes away. For an easy breakfast we ordered delivery from Panera through the Panera app but upon delivery we noticed some missing cream cheese tubs that we paid for, so I called them up and explained it was no rush but if there's any they can help get the spread to us I would give another tip or else give us a refund that would be awesome. ( I explained I would rather get a refund and give the workers the money rather then give it to corporate Panera) The girl on the phone was very nice and understanding of the whole situation and assured me they would take care of it one way or another. About 30 minutes later a random vehicle showed up to the campsite we were at and it was a worker from Panera in Gettysburg with the spread we paid for AND and huge family size cheese danish for the inconvenience. I told him that's way beyond my expectations and thanked him for going out of his way for us. He once again said that his whole location took ownership for the mistake and it's the least they could do. I gave him a tip for his troubles anyway and he went on his way.

I ordered carry out 1/2 dozen bagels, and she cut them without asking me, and they weren't even sliced straight...one side very thin and the other very thick, and lopsided!
Please tell your employees to ASK first. Not everyone is using them right away!!!

My husband’s first time at Panera and he was impressed! Good food, good atmosphere. Mary was terrific! She was super friendly, gave suggestions on what to try and she made sure we were enjoying our time there. We certainly did and highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite. Will return again even though we are 2 hours away. Thanks Mary!

I really enjoy going here for the broccoli and cheddar soup bowl. The service is always friendly and polite to me.

Very good. Enjoyed Smoked BBQ chicken and Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. Enjoyed as always.

The food is great and the space is cozy. There is also easy access service if you panera card, and it’s easy to sign up for.
