I had been searching for a product and had been unsuccessful, so stopped at the Sherwin Williams store to see if they carried it. They didn't have it, but said they would see if they could procure some for me, and let me know. A few days later they called and said they had found what I wanted, and that I could get it if I still wanted it, so the next day I stopped and bought it. Their service was very helpful and I appreciated their efforts and quick response.

Customer Service is alive and well at the Gettysburg Sherwin Williams store. We had purchased a paint sprayer from them several years ago. Ordered paint (exterior) from S/W and paint sprayer had a leak - turned out to be what was a nick in the attachment piece to nozzle. I dealt with two of the best employees in trying to get the replacement part. They spent umpteen time on their computers researching the part we needed.they even called nearby stores and told me if a nearby store had the part one of them would go and pick it up for us. Ended up having to get a new nozzle but again I cannot say enough good things about the CS they provided. In this day and time with all the craziness going on these two individuals went above and beyond to assist a customer. S/Ws should be proud to have such dedicated and caring employees.

Love this paint for all my painting needs! Having used many different brands of paint over almost 30 years as a contractor (Genuine) Sherwin-Williams paint is hard to beat! Prices are good on their paint and materials!

At our local store, I would tell them how much help Vicki was in selecting paint for our house that we had just bought and the one that we were selling. Back today for help with exterior paint for new house. Everyone there is terrific.

I did not know Sherwin-Williams was opened, do to the Covid-19 I thought they would be closed, I went to.Walmart, Bought my paint came home and got started, thier paint was awful.
I googled my Sherwin-Williams store and realized they were doing curbside pick up. I called them asked if they had my previous order on file from about a year ago and they did. I was able to order the paint over the phone. Pay for it. drive up and the sales clerk walked it over to my car. How wonderful. And the paint is exactly what I needed. The sales clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Sherwin-Williams in Gettysburg PA.

As a Painting Contractor .This Paint store Usually always has What I Need when I Need it . And once again they Came through for me instead of making 3 or 4 stops at other Sherwin-Williams they Had all The Paint I needed and saved me a lot of driving. Thanks for being awesome.
