It was my first time checking this spot out and I can’t say enough good stuff about it. The staff is friendly and I was fortunate enough to have Sean helping me out. He was on point with suggestions and made it an enjoyable experience. The selection of sneakers, clothing and hats is phenomenal. Great overall vibe in the building. Easily became my favorite and go-to spot from here on out.

Had a small tech issue resulting in my order getting cancelled, but Sean responded with personalized emails and made this situation more than right. Very impressed with the response and customer service, although I'm a new customer, this place seems to truly care about their customers.

Update: now have made multiple purchases from this store and between the amazing selection that’s constantly updating and the superior management team, I’ve spent the most I’ve ever spent at any shop and I’m glad it could be this one! You won’t regret shopping with them!!

Every time I shop with RefreshPGH, The Vault, and Daily Bread I know that I am going to get quality products, whether it be shoes, clothes or even bags. The customer service is unmatched, and I feel like everyone goes out of their way to make my shopping experience expectational. I can always find rare pick-ups and the vibe and music is always on point! Ya'll should check them out too.

considering this is a aftermarket store the prices are fair/good , they often have great deals , the selection is nice. the customer service is good , they wont try to force you to buy anything when you’re in their store and will answer your questions if you have them. i have bought off them in person and online , their shipping time and prices are good. a great store for the area and has definitely influenced pittsburgh in the right way! highly recommended.

The employees here are all very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to streetwear and sneakers. Not to mention they are also very nice and treat customers very well! Prices are reasonable for a retail shop and the selection of rare items is very impressive!

Best shop in Pittsburgh! Employees are very hard working, friendly, and extremely accommodating to the customer. Very diverse stock of inventory makes it easy to find something you like no matter who you are. And, as always, everything is guaranteed 100% authentic, which is extremely important considering what other shops try to pass off as "authentic". 10/10 would recommend anyone to stop in and find something dope!

Greatest clothing store in the burgh! Been to a couple of other of stores in the area and they don’t compare to this store at all! The employees make you feel just at home and will help you with anything you need even if it’s not in store. They always have a great selection at great prices and always give great offers for pieces to buy off you if you need some quick bread! This is definitely the number 1 place to shop in Pittsburgh when I’m in town I always try to stop by.

I had a great experience here. The store is clean and well organized. One room is shoes, mostly Nike though you have some Adidas sprinkled throughout. The middle room is the Supreme room, with a case of stickers, and clothing/crowbars/ and larger pieces. Then the third room has local clothing line Daily Bread.

Prices for shoes are pretty good, a lot of them under StockX/GOAT, and everything is labeled, size and price.

I was impressed. One of the better lifestyle shops I've been to. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a pretty in depth conversation on the local art and musuem scene and gave lots of recommendations.

Basically 3 mini consignment stores put together except for the last part I went into. All 3 spots had heat! Searching their inventory right on a tablet in store is dope and time saving for the kicks! The hypebeast part (the middle) was dope too! Love seeing kaws and supreme stuff in person! Daily bread portion of the store was my favorite. Their brand is dope! I'll be back to pittsburg just for this store! ALOT of heat! A must go! All the staff was cool and easy to talk to.

I go to Refresh PGH every few weeks or so and every time the experience is incredible. From their quality customer service and wide selection of sneakers and clothes, they make you feel valued. Love these guys.

The first time I went into the shop I thought it was the coolest place, everyone greeted me & treated me like I was their best friend. When I had questions about products they got back to me very fast & very fast shipping. They will be my go to sneaker shop for along time!

Definitely a great place to shop. From the range of inventory to the meet and greets with celebrities from all over gives you a variety of scenes. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on each and every product, which is rare! Definitely have to visit again.

Upon entering you are whisked away into a world of color and style. Their selection of sneakers is fantastic and ever changing. With prices that let you come back for more.

The Refresh team helps that too. Fantastic guest service both online and in store. Real folks that are passionate about what they do.

I was a little weary coming in here at first after seeing some of the other reviews, but I was met with a total opposite experience than some of these other negative reviews. Really nice, very knowledgeable guys. Great atmosphere (if you're into underground street wear/hip hop culture). Great selection of some really rare grails, designer brands, and some nice in house gear. I came in to sell a few items and I was met with a great deal, only slightly lower than my listed price online. Totally satisfied. You have to know what you're talking about and know exactly what these items are listed for. Stockx is NOT a reliable source to price out items, especially Supreme. You're not going to get exact resell price for your items especially weeks, even months after the initial drop. Its just not realistic. You're reselling, not to a consumer, but a shop that wants to make profit. With that said, they're STILL putting out great prices for on site buying in my opinion. In terms of their selection, the prices of their items are definitely a ~little~ high, however, this is the only spot in Pittsburgh where you can physically walk in and buy Supreme, Jordans, Yeezys and other brands. We don't have the luxury of a Supreme store here, so really it's understandable. They brought that part of the culture right here to Pittsburgh. Overall I had a good time coming here and checking out their dope selection and catching a good deal for a few items I couldn't put out online. Can't wait to come back to do some shopping and hopefully more business with these guys. Take it from someone who participates pretty heavily in the resell scene, and was relieved of all skepticism upon entering.

I got a pair of shoes from my daughter from there and was very impressed. All the sales clerks were very customer service oriented and knowledgeable about their product. I will be returning for future purchases and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market of selling and buying shoes.

Great experience! Not to name names, but other stores in the area have an elitism that is so grating, with nothing to back it up and a condescending staff. SO nice to come to a store with down-to-earth staff, amazing selection and approachable price range. I will be back.

Always a great time shopping there. Great selection of cool stuff every time I'm by, staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Plenty of stuff from recent drops, to crazy pieces you won't see anywhere else and everything in between. Highly recommend them!
