Eat'n Park

Nostalgic. Grew up in Pittsburgh and EatnPark assuredly has a place in my heart. Was staying at the Waterfront and had to stop in. Neat local art reminds you of what the Waterfront originally was - a steel mill and the restaurant was very clean.
Our waitress (Sarah) was quintessential Pittsburgh. The awesome accent, treated us like family and of course superb service.
We were there for breakfast. The Western omelet, bacon, and eggs Benedict with fruit were spot on.
Thereafter, wanting to bring the smiles back to California, we stopped at their mini shop at the entrance for smiley cookies, souvenir coffee mugs and coffee.
Overall, a great experience!

A homelike feel from start to finish. Our server, who humorously has a son named Caleb, went above and beyond. The half-and-half tea and lemonade was perfect, and the buffalo chicken wrap with cheese fries was top-notch. The cozy booth setting was a bonus. My significant other adores their soup-filled salad bar. Among Pittsburgh’s Eat’n Park venues, this one’s my favorite. Will be back!

I just want to be very thankful for Sarah the server like she took good care of me and she made sure the atmosphere was welcome for me to eat there with her hospitality also the price was very affordable .... I got to say the food was really wonderful as well because I had ordered one of the breakfast combos. I'll just want to say this wasn't my first time but this is also not my last

Last time I was here, which was about a year ago, it was not that good. But this time I went surely made up for it. I enjoyed every bite of my delicious food and the service was amazing. We are here on a late night after a school performance and Charlene went above and beyond even late at night toward the end of her shift. She had such a contagious attitude she was keeping the staff and customers going and happy. I haven’t had a waitress give such attentive happy caring service in a long time. She is a true gem ♥

Not being here so long. Breakfast. So nice before Costco. My server, Kandi, so good. Loved Eggs Benedict. Toasty English muffin stacked with Canadian bacon, two over-easy eggs, and silky smooth hollandaise sauce. Little things in life is beautiful.

What a great place to eat during our visit to Pittsburgh. My son and I really enjoyed the endless salad, fruit, and soup bar. The strawberry pie was great too! Wonderful service!

The food was spot on..very rare for me to get breakfast for 2 adults and a child for $28.00.
Hubby had 3 eggs over easy sausage patties and hash brown. I had 2 eggs over medium with bacon. Grandson had a huge waffle with 2 sausage patties (smily cookie included) and we ordered a pancake to share. Service and food was great. Server was very nice as well as the other patrons.

A fun place. Known for the Smiley cookie. It has a good menu choice. Breakfast is served all day. I had the Whale of a cod sandwich. It was a large piece of fish served on a toasted hoagy roll. I added tomato and lettuce. It was filling, fried nicely. It was more than I could eat, so I couldn't finish the whole sandwich. But if you have a big appetite and like fish sandwiches this is for you. Of course, we got a smiley cookie. Its a sugar cookie, frosted with a smiley face
It's was good, not too sweet.

So glad they added the hot turkey sandwich to the menu! Its delicious

Our server Jamie appeared to be quite peeved that she was working today. We came in so happy and it took a while to come and ask about beverages. The food is always good. Definitely our first stop when we come in from out of town.

The hot honey chicken sandwich was excellent. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal, especially my buddy who got a waffle. Truly the place for smiles

I lived in Munhall for a few years, and 2ce a year visit my best friend who had lived there for 20ish years. We always have breakfast at the Waterfront Eat n Park. Good food/selection/ service, nice atmosphere, fair prices!

The wait staff is great (ask for Lamar, he's THE BEST! So is Dawna, so ask for her too!). The breakfasts are FABULOUS, salad bar is fresh and soups are tasty. They have decent food for a good price. Nothing overly fancy, but good and filling. BTW, I go there regularly with special needs adults, and the staff is always kind, understanding, & friendly. They have a bunch of new wait staff, all who are new and very friendly.

Hadn't been to the one at the Waterfront for a long time. It has changed and the service was great. I only had coffee with a dessert.

Very nice service and one of the few places open at 6 am on a Sunday morning. Really good eggs Benedict Florentine, and perfectly poached eggs. Crispy bacon actually comes out nice and crispy but not burnt. Perfect!

The service was good and the food tasted good. The waitress had good spirit, and made sure we were okay and comfortable

Had Whale and Mac dinner and salad bar Was very good. I was impressed with the size of the cod filet .

Night and day between IHOP and EatnPark on Saturday the 9th.

Great service, great food.
The layout was so nice and big it didn't feel like you were crammed inside
Plenty of waitresses.

Salad bar was so fresh looking.

All five of us ate for 90.00
And we even ordered appetizers as well.

Extremely refreshing after the disappointment we had at IHOP.

I opted for the soup and salad bar on this Monday afternoon. My doctor always says, "More veggies, more protein!" The stuffed pepper soup and chicken noodle were tasty as always. The Waterfront Eat n Park is my favorite--very spacious and comforting retro design and decor with that view of the Monongahela River.
My server today, Felicia, is superb. She keeps my coffee hot without being the least bit annoying. I have never had sub-par service there even when I don't get Felicia.
After lunch you can trot out to the walking/biking path to watch the 10 county goats at work chewing away the unwanted vegetation along the river bank. The donkey may pose for a close-up as well.
