My family and I drive an hour every 6mo or so to come see Tim here to get new shoes. Always patient with us, constantly runs back to the storeroom to look for sizes and is always personable and engaging.

I always recommend them to friends and family and honestly have never came and left without buying at least one pair of shoes.

This place helped me make a decision on what shoes to get based on collapsing arches. Was very overwhelmed with online and being able to go to a store and have someone to help me choose shoes was awesome. These are by far the most comfortable shoes for plantar fasciitis

Anthony was the kindest and most knowledgeable employee! He helped my mom and I to map our feet and find shoe inserts that feel much better. We will be returning. :)

Jim is absolutely wonderful! On two occasions he helped me find the best shoes that would help with several foot issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The store has a great selection of both athletic and dress shoes.

Excellent costumer service. I went there yesterday because I had extremely feet pain, after my dog chewed my plantar fasciitis insoles and was wearing regular shoes for a few days. I couldn't take the pain any longer so went there to find comfortable shoes to wear to work (retail) and perhaps alleviate my pain. I was greet by an older gentleman don't know his name but he help me find the right shoe. Was very kind and knowledgeable. Try a few pairs. My feet felt so much better instantly. I can't thank them enough. He also recommended socks and got a pair too. I will be back to get another pair for sure.

Superior service and quality products. Kind of expensive but the shoes last a long time. They actually take the time to size up and fit you into the correct size to help your specific needs. They sell purses totes, & socks, as well as a small amount of clothing. I would highly recommend this store, especially if you run, walk or take part in any activity that keeps you on your feet. I never thought I'd ever get a pair of sneakers that worked for me, w/ all the problems I have with my feet, but I sure did here!

Gordon Shoes is hands down the best shoe store in the entire Pittsburgh metro. As many other reviews have noted, the customer service is always top notch and informative. You can get anything here from top notch dress shoes, to hiking boots and running shoes. I have never been disappointed with a purchase from this store. Amy and the team here have a true gift for what they do. Drop by and check them out sometime I assure you, you will not be disappointed!

I'm on my feet at work all day and I've been struggling to find shoes that hold up without hurting my feet. The service was excellent here. Heather was courteous and attentive, and helped me find shoes that work for me. I couldn't be happier and would definitely shop here again.

I visited some friends in Pittsburgh and forgot to pack dress shoes. I went to Gordon's Shoes based upon the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. Great selection at good prices and most importantly, very personable and knowledgeable service. Had the pleasure to meet the owner Chuck who told me about the history of the place...loved the family story.

Anthony was supper helpful and went above and beyond for me and my wife. Very knowledgeable and made our experience enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

Very good selection of shoes (at least the men's that I noticed). Staff was very helpful and friendly, prices are standard to the brand (meaning it seems they are the same that you'll find online).

Excellent customer service and a nice selection of New Balance sneakers. The salesperson who helped me (John) was extremely helpful and not at all pushy, which I really appreciated!
