The fellow who works here was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! We needed a fitting for our gas stove because the kit we had did not include quite the right fitting to connect the stove to the gas line. Anyway, we went to home depot and the couple people who tried to help us were just as confused as we were but trying to "fake it till you make it" and sold us 2 fittings both were wrong and neither was for what we needed. Stopped at Jackson hardware and this guy knew everything had a straight answer for every question and he directed us to exactly what we needed. If you want quality service I highly recommend you stop at Jackson hardware.

I need to install a washer and a dryer for the first time. My neighbor told me there is a hardware store half miles away. The owner is very helpful. Explain wires, outlet everything, and borrow clamping tools for free! Today I have a project that I need tocut a 6 inch hole in a box and a wood board. They cut me for a very reasonable price.

It doesn't feel like a hardware store, it feels like a good neighbor!

This place is that hometown hardware store. I've gone in a couple times to have keys made, copper for pipes, dog tie out (took my dog in with me). Not sure exactly what all they have but unlike the bigger stores there is someone to greet you and help. Everyone is friendly store is neat and your trip can be fairly quick. The biggest hurdle is parking lot to the store. Sometimes makes me think of a game of Frogger if you're not careful.

Family-run for multiple generations and just an awesome place! Down home local friendliness incredible inventory obscure items and such a wonderful experience to talk to the owners and their daughter. This is what most people miss nowadays from The Big Box home improvement stores. If you'd like to find an authentic old fashioned hardware store take the time to stop in and see Jackson Hardware

One of those locally owned places that is so much better than the big box stores.when I lived closer we used to go there all the time and find stuff you can't find elsewhere but more than that they are friendly and helpful and there aren't long waits.I was just getting my hunting license today and so much better than going to the big box places.

Best place for that hard to find fastener. You simply describe it and they scurry off somewhere and come back with what you need, cheap. They will also sharpen chainsaw chains. I am only in my 30's, but I've been going there my whole life and even with the Internet, sometimes I prefer to go old-school and simply walk in with a verbal part list and they come through. Every time. Spigot parts? Oddball pins and knobs? Everything you need.

What a great little mom n pops! It has been run through the years by family. They don't have everything but every time I went there they had what I needed. And at the the same price our less then the super giant stores.

Really nice folks here. Had what I needed reasonably priced. Not too many mom and pop stores like this left. This one is worth your patronage.

I go here for all my feed as well as any hardware items I may need. They are great and if they do not have something they refer you to who does. Excellent small family business.

I go there a lot of the times because convenience of the location, and then find out the prices are comparable to the large home remodeling outlets I've never been disappointed

Great mom-and-pop hardware store has almost everything owners very knowledgeable and can help with any of your problems and help you with innovative solutions could have saved $0.50 by driving to Home Depot 20 minutes away LOL
