After getting my wedding dress, I went to Yolanda who was highly recommended by a family friend for my dress fitting and matching custom made cape, clutch purse and garter. Yolanda is the most exciting, welcoming, talented and amazing designer that I have ever met. She embraces work that is challenging and has the art of perfection in every small detail. My dress had layers and she did an excellent job at bustling all the different layers precisely. We had lot of appointments, each for capturing small details and for perfect fitting of my dress. The cape, purse and garter that she designed for my dress was breathe taking. It was exactly what I envisioned for my medieval theme (game of thrones inspired) wedding. She made my dream come true with her art. I cannot thank her enough to work so hard on my wedding attire and for being so nice to my in laws and parents. She called me on my wedding day just to make sure everything looked good and how happy she was to see me getting married. Yolanda is the best of the best!!!!! LOVE her <3

Yolanda is amazing, truly one of a kind!! She altered my mother of the bride dress beautifully. She also turned my daughter's wedding gown into the gown of her dreams. It was purchased from another shop which was not an issue at all, Yolanda basically had to reconstruct the gown, and put it back together She removed layer upon layer of tulle underneath - hemming multiple alternating length layers on bottom of gown. Shoulders pulled up, nip and tuck here and there, etc. Due to Covid Yolanda also stored our gowns for a year. She sure knows her stuff, highly recommend!!!

Yolanda was is such a breath of fresh air she is like going home to family. I just fell in love . Her granddaughters are so precious. Her prices are great. The work she does is so fast and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Go to her for all your needs

I can’t say enough about Yolanda and Michaels .My daughter needed last minute alterations on 2 dresses for her wedding .She had nothing but optimism and reassured my daughter Casey she would be beautiful on her wedding day . She altered and pressed both dresses in 3 weeks . Thank you again Yolanda she was beautiful and dresses were perfection .

Yolanda is the best! I went to other places prior and after and they left me feeling sad and like I was on my own.. no help with dress try ons and no understanding of the dresses and what could be charged immediately. I knew I had to come back to her! I did and I bought the dress! She truly looks at each client as her own daughter. She knows exactly what she can do and how to make you feel like a princess. She is holding my dress and my veil for my wedding in November.. Because of her I have a renewed fire for my wedding day!!!

Yolanda is wonderful. She treated me like family every time I have been there. She helped me pick out my wedding dress and customized it for me over a year ago. Now she is using the train from my dress to create a Baptismal gown for my daughter. If you are looking for a dress or just alterations Michael's is the place to go. Yolanda is one of a kind!! She altered my wedding dress and did a SUBERB job. Her attention to detail, desire for perfection, and hard-working nature is hard to come by these days. Her training and experience in alterations is impressive and I felt completely at ease and confident in her abilities. Our alteration sessions were one of my favorite things about wedding planning because it was stress free and I knew my dress was in good hands. Love her!

We had the best experience with Yolanda. We found my daughters wedding dress and both mother's dresses the same day. She had so many good suggestions and went out of her way to work with us.
She did a wonderful job with the alterations and everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend her highly. She is so sweet and just a gem to work with.

I am not the bridal type by any means, but Yolanda made me feel absolutely beautiful and (more importantly to me) comfortable. She knows exactly what she's doing and I would recommend her to anyone, any style or any size. I drove two hours just to go to her and would do it again in a heartbeat. She listens to what you want. She is personal. This is her craft and she's the best at it.

It is always a delight to visit Yolanda at Michael's Bridal. She is an expert in her field. No one can alter clothes like she does. Fashion is great but a perfect fit makes the outfit.There are too few seamstresses like Yolanda. Thank you for another perfect fit!

Attention: If you are looking for a wedding dress GO HERE! Yolanda does amazing on alterations of all dresses, so even if you have a dress that you bought somewhere else go to her for alterations. She knows what she is doing and walks you though it step by step.

The owner of this galleria, Yolanda, is an amazing designer and seamstress. She studied at the London School of Fashion and Design, and can custom fit any design to fit any figure. What an amazing talent. Not only that, but if you want shoes dyed to match a specific dress, she does this by hand (not a chart) and it is perfect. We are so fortunate to have access to someone of this ability and talent. We would highly recommend this establishment.

I bought my dress here in 2016 had a wonderful no pressure experience. Yolanda was able to do my alterations (bustle and bra pads) quickly.

I returned this year for mending and preservation.

Yolanda has done a fabulous job altering not one, but 2 Mother-of-the-Bride dresses for me. She took time to make them fit perfectly, even when they were made for a much taller woman!

They have one of the best seamstress in Pa. She is an European trained seamtress who is trained and Couture designs.
