Great outsourced imaging shop. Reception is friendly and efficient. It was easy and quick to schedule an appointment. They are transparent about pricing. The facility is easy to access with a lot of parking. The wait time was limited and technician was highly professional. I think it's a much better alternative to places at AHN and UPMC if you have the option to choose.

Starting with a friendly reservation/front desk experience, to an on-time start, clean and bright facility, and most important, professional, friendly clinical staff it was a fantastic experience.

It literally was 1/10 the cost of the UPMC Hospital less than 2 miles away wanted to charge for the identical procedure/diagnostic test, CPT code, and Radiologist interpretation...and the punchline is, that is with the 20% discount you get for having UPMC insurance.

My family has used this imaging practice many times for various reasons. Every time the office has been friendly and professional. They explain the procedures and do their best to make you comfortable. I have no complaints and highly recommend them.

This is one of the worst places to get an MRI. MRI had to be rescheduled twice due to being HOURS LATE. The office staff is very inept at their jobs. Did not notify patient of any issues with orders until the patient was in the office. If your insurance will allow, literally go anywhere else.

I had an MRI with contrast. The needle for the contrast dye went through a vein and all of the dye leaked into my arm. The MRI was stopped and after getting ice, instructions, etc., I had a consult with the radiologist. He advised what problems might occur and advised I should go to ER or contact my PCP. There was never any follow up from the office regarding the error, never any inquiry to determine if further problems occurred. It took several days for the dye to dissipate but it was painful and I had a good bit of swelling.

I left a message but they never called me back.
