The Ultimate Cuff

I contacted customer service regarding a repair on my cuff. Without any hesitation, they sent me a new replacement cuff and arrived in a few days. I am very happy that they were able to help me so fast! A big Thank you to your customer service team!

Beautiful apple watch cuff. The only issue had with it is after a while the chain doesn't hold as tight as it used to in the beginning. It begins to loosen after a while. I still wear it and I love it though! It isn't a huge deal, I just tighten it back.

Customer service was remarkable. Very quick to respond and resolve issues. However, the Mia cuff did not work for me. I could not figure out how to keep it buckled.

The customer service was fine. There was no need to communicate because the website is very clear. Unfortunately the product I bought did not last three months, the rose gold flaked off and the chain that tightened or loosened the band broke. The quality for the price is unacceptable, because of this my family does not plan on using this company again
