It’s fine as a garage for the most part. Low clearance and can be dark with poor lighting in certain areas.

The garage was fairly easy to find and I was able to find open spots on level 3. My issue is the sign said flat rate parking $8 for up to 24 hours. I pulled in at 10:40am and when I left around 7:15 pm, my stub scanned for $22. Even my uncle who was with me at the hospital said he parks there regularly and someone gives you a stamp or a stub which rescues the rate to $4-5. As I was leaving I saw an attendant who came over to help me and figured that what who I needed to see to reduce my rate. It originally scanned at $22. He told me to scan the back of my stub which I did but that did not change the price. He told me the same thing about how I needed to see a special someone to get my rate reduced but that was no him. There were no signs telling me what or where to do this at. I was on my way out of the garage from my grandma passing away just 2 hours ago and there was a big line of cars behind me so naturally I'm not going to hold up a line of cars or go back into the garage to try and find someone and have to pay $22 again. Not well communicated at all. I'd like a refund.

Parking is very tight and expensive but no real other choice that are close

The garage is way too dark. It is difficult for older people to adjust from sunshine to dim light. Plus, the new entry equipment is high, I have a low car and spinal problems. I had to get all the way out of my car to wave my hand in front of the laser beam. Then the woman monitoring the garage yelled across "Move it along", in a gruff voice, like I was a look-loo at a crime scene. I was already nervous about the tests, I was then so rattled I had a hard time parking my car. I know how to use the new machine now, and I'm sure the lady is efficient, if lacking in empathy and social skills, so of the problems I had, one stands out. The garage is way too dark. Way too dark.
