Check in nurse very pleasant, x-ray technician very nice, nurse that took my info very thorough, and Dr. Balk took time to explain what he saw on the x-rays and what possible options I had. Didn't have to wait very long at all. Very pleased with everyone there.

I went in for a surgery consult for carpal tunnel. Dr Balk very clearly explained the procedure, what to expect and what the recovery would look like. I'd definitely recommend him

Dr Balk and his staff are fantastic! He took his time and was very thorough when describing how he would fix my sons Bennetts fracture. He answered all our questions and reassured us of a good outcome. We left the appointment feeling positive and confident of a successful outcome.

I like Dr Balk, very attentive and professional. Getting a hold of the office staff to make an appointment is a different story. They either don’t answer the phone or on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. Don’t try to make it online cause you can’t pick a time or day, then you have to wait for them to call you back. I give 5 stars to Dr Balk, and barely a one star to his office personnel.

The office is very efficiently run. When I phoned for an appointment, they were able to schedule me in less than a week. At the appointment, I had a test at 2:00, saw the doctor at 2:30, and scheduled surgery, all in one appointment. Surgery date is only two weeks after my appointment. I am very pleased with how Dr. Balk and his office staff are friendly and efficient.

Dr. Balk is so kind, so patient, and listens compassionately. He remembers little details from appointment to appointment, and is clearly genuinely treating me with what’s in my best interest to be able to meet my functional goals. I highly recommend Dr. Balk to anyone with an upper extremity injury or disease. As an occupational therapist myself, I have high expectations and he exceeds them every time.

Dr Balk is always friendly and helpful. His nurses are pleasant and the x-ray tech is absolutely GREAT!!! He grafted a bone in my wrist with a screw and so far all is goin well. Get another x-ray in a month. I can't wait.

I went to Dr. Balk for a very painful shoulder. The office took x-rays and
Dr. Balk examined my shoulder. He gave me a steroid shot in that same shoulder. Now, six weeks later, I am pain free and have much better use of my arm. Very satisfied!

Dr. Balk was very knowledgeable . He diagnosed my condition quickly and then took the necessary action to repair it.
