From start to finish a quick , easy and professional company. Lisa helped me pick exactly what I needed for a house with multiple pets and kids. My install was a week after measuring! Installer was very professional and polite. He knew exactly how we wanted the stairs to look. Ca not recommend enough

My experience with this company has been excellent. I found this company through the website search. Lisa has been outstanding in orchestrating appointments so you can view carpet samples to helping pick a date for installation. BJ and Dennis were awesome, professional and know their craft! I would highly recommend this company. We are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase of new carpet and very experienced workers.

A rare find. After looking at several flooring businesses, we chose Romano. They were the most professional and friendly of all the others from the start. Beginning with the selection of the vinyl flooring and carpet with Lisa, and then after observing Steve, who precisely measured our home and actively coordinated the job from beginning to end, we could not have been more impressed. Then add the skilled hard work of Fernando, who installed the vinyl and the competent work of BJ and Denny who installed the carpet. I assure anyone reading this review that it would be impossible to find better folks to complete your project.

Romano Floors does excellent work and offers very competitive pricing. Lisa was wonderful to work with - she provided me with many samples and accommodated my work schedule perfectly to get the installation done in time. B.J., the installer, did a superb job and is a very nice guy.

We had a wonderful experience with Romano carpet. Lisa was very kind and knowledgeable. The installer was prompt,fast and did a super job. I went to the shop and had my measurement done that day and ordered my carpet the next day. The installation was scheduled for around 7 to 10 days later. I would HIGHLY recommend Romano carpets !!!

Choosing the right carpet is very difficult, especially if you don’t choose the right company; in past years, we had bad experiences with poor sales and horrible installation and paid way too much money! Fortunately, we found Romano Floors, who not only guided us with EXACTLY what we wanted, but the service and installation were beyond excellent, and their prices are MOST affordable!
Lisa is personable, returns phone calls promptly, and answers ALL questions; Steve came to our home with carpet samples and was very patient with our thought process and needs; the installers, BJ and Mark, were experienced, methodical, and did flawless work. As homeowners of 20 years and learning through trial and error, we finally hit the jackpot by choosing the right company: ROMANO FLOORS! You can’t go wrong with an independent company that obviously works with the customers’ needs and offers a personalized approach!

All around working with Romano Floors was an excellent experience. Each person who we worked with was not only skilled in what they do but kind as well. Lisa was wonderful to work with. We wanted to match the existing vinyl flooring in our home; however, the color vinyl planks we wanted were discontinued. She was able to track down enough product to complete the job we wanted. We were so thrilled! Since the product was discontinued Lisa had to find a transition piece that would match well. Her work is flawless, you can not tell that the transition pieces are a different color. The installers were wonderful too as they asked questions to make sure everything was done to our liking and they were all around great people to have in our home. They even sanded the quarter round near our stone fireplace for the best fit possible. Wonderful experience and would use again.

My initial call was to Lisa. She provided excellent customer service. She was very patient, polite, and she helped me to fully understand what their company was all about. Steve came to my house with a variety of carpet samples and provided detailed information on each sample. The installers (Felix and Fernandez) were very nice, quick, and did excellent work. Great experience! Needed 3 rooms carpeted prior to moving into our new home. Lisa was always responsive and explained all of our different options and listened to what we wanted. Carl came and measured and was friendly, knowledgeable and accurate, and brought samples to review and choose from. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, doing a great job with the install. They were able to meet our timeframe for installation and delivered on all aspects of the job.

Couldn’t be happier with Romano Floors for our carpet! We chose the Dream Weaver carpet in the shade parchment! BJ was a wonderful installer! All around so happy!
