My daughter is 8 years old her dentist office recommended Babb! I was able to get her consult scheduled within a week of calling. Filling out the forms online was so easy. Once we got to the office we were greeted with smiles & her name was on the board. Everyone was extremely welcoming & so nice. We had such a great experience. She is scheduled for some appliances to be installed in her mouth and they explained everything so she won’t be afraid: 10/10 definitely recommend!

This was the first visit for my son who was very apprehensive before coming to his appointment. Amy and the staff made sure that he felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. My son left with a very positive experience afterward. Dr. Babb was amazing and came up with a reasonable orthodontic plan for the future. We are happy to be a part of this practice going forward.

If you are an adult and considering orthodontic treatment, do not hesitate to visit Dr Babb's practice. The treatment plan was simple to follow, and a good part of the process was done in the comfort of my own home, thanks to the newest technology. Everyone who works for Dr Babb is especially kind and customer service oriented. I never once felt uncomfortable even though I was clearly past the age of most of the clientele!

Wow! I have nothing but praise for this place. Amy was amazing. She was great with the kids and great with me, mom. They thoroughly explained things, showed genuine interest in extracurriculars and in the kids in general. So refreshing.

I can’t say enough about this office . All of the staff was so nice and Amy and Dr Babbs were phenomenal. This is my teenagers 2nd time around needing braces , and my biggest regret is not going here first !

Dr. Babb is the best! My daughter had a challenging orthodondic treatment and thank goodness Dr. Babb was able to provide tremendous expertise through the entire process. She is also responsive, kind and personable with kids and their families. We are so grateful to her!

Outstanding initial visit. Amy & Dr. Babb took a great deal of time explaining what treatments my children may need, getting to know us, and answering questions. They explained the timing and financials in a way that is easy to understand and went over insurance with me. They recommended that we wait a little longer to get started, but we look forward to seeing the wonderful staff again at our next visit. I am confident that this is a team my kids will look forward to seeing when they are ready for treatment soon. Dr. Babb is recommended by so many other moms I have talked to, and I can see why… she is the best!

Very happy with my experience with Babb Orthodontics. All of the staff were kind and made scheduling follow ups easy. I started invisalign about a year ago and my teeth look better everyday. If I had and attachment break off, they were able to get me in for repair quickly and easily. (only happened twice). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Mt. Lebanon area.

I just got my braces off after nearly 3 years with them. And all that time I was greeted warmly and had a truly pleasant experience, made friends, and watched my teeth and get better and better with great patience and dedication from them. All instructions and information was clear, helpful, and I felt comfortable. The end result is just gorgeous and I couldn't have wanted better for my teeth, getting them off was very bittersweet and felt wonderful. I thank Dr. Babb, Jess, and everyone there for their kindness and professionalism, and I will remember my time with fondly and highly recommend them!

Everyone here is so sweet and kind. I have anxiety and am always super nervous. They make sure I am comfortable and reassure me I am doing a good job with my treatment. Dr. Babb is one of the kindest women I’ve ever met. I definitely recommend them for all of your ortho needs and especially Invisalign. We are just at the beginning of orthodontics with Dr Babb, as our prior orthodontist recently retired. Everyone from scheduling/front desk/phone to everyone in the office was warm, welcoming, knew who we were and really took the time to get to know us. Details were explained to both me and my daughter, and time was taken to answer all questions.
