I worked with Tony to find and purchase a recreational property. Real-estate is a wild and ever-changing industry and Tony is one of the rare folks who seems to understand it all. I felt like Tony was honest with me, and got me set up with a great parcel for a price that seems very fair.

Let me start off by saying being a first time home buyer is a stressful time. That is why having an amazing realtor is an important factor when looking for your first home. My fiancé and I started to look at homes online, this is when we met with Faith to look at a couple houses. She was professional & answered all our questions promptly. After putting an offer in on a house she immediately started the paperwork right after we made our decision. During the process she walked us through what our bank was requesting from us, kept us up to date, always stayed positive, and her boss was available to step in when needed. Our bank put us in a situation that we almost didn't get our first home, however Faith and her boss fought on our behalf. Overall we highly recommend going through this company and having nothing but gratitude that we were able to work with Faith in accomplishing our dream of home ownership. Faith is an amazing realtor! My girlfriend and I just bought our first house and we did some research online and saw that Faith had a lot of great reviews so we gave her a call. It was a bit of a bumpy road, but Faith handled everything wonderfully and she was great to work with. My husband and I love the Bayfield/Ashland area, and found numerous properties in the area listed with Anthony Jennings Realty. Anthony and Mirka Nelson, our agent, were extremely helpful in helping us to navigate and find solutions for us. Mirka suggested a property we loved, and Anthony helped to navigate solutions for financing. However, that property did not materialize.

Mirka Nelson was extremely patient with us, as we continued to ask to view many properties. Thankfully, Mirka is very insightful, with getting to know who you are personally, and what you love. On one of our trips north, after looking at numerous homes, Mirka was insistent that we had to look at one additional property. She was spot on, and knew us better than we did ourselves! We LOVE our new vacation home.

What more can I say besides giving a backdrop to what led us to choosing Tony and his team. I had a home that was a money pit in Ashland. It needed quite a bit of work and management to make the desired buyers come.

Tony was nothing but professional straightforward and connected with the local market. We hadn’t had much luck with our previous attempt to put the house on the market. No matter what time of day (or night) she was extremely quick in response to all my questions and helping resolve a couple issues that arose that could have prevented the deal from closing.

Faith was also proactive on a number of items and helped me with a couple things I didn’t think about (and I’ve bought and sold 10+ houses in the last 25 years.) She also connected us to local contractors for inspections and work we needed to have done in a very tight timeframe.
