Mattress Firm Shadyside

I shopped at several other mattress retailers and decided to go here because of the ease of service and sleep experts’ knowledgeability. There is nothing worse than a hovering salesperson when making these types of decisions and my experience with Andrew and Mindy was more conversational and friendly. Would recommend anyone to go to this location.

The salesman Andrew was great! He showed me 7 different mattresses until I found one that I fell in love with. Shopping at the Shadyside store was wonderful. I found the perfect mattress, store(Mattress Firm in Shadyside), and salesperson(Andrew). I'm happy.
BTW I did get a new mattress there.

Andrew was so great! He took the time to listen to our needs and show us all the different mattresses they had available. We picked a mattress on Monday and had it delivered on Wednesday! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Andrew (and shout out to Mindy as well!) who helped me and my partner find the right mattress at the price point we were looking within. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in anyway like I have at other stores, and they were both so friendly that we felt very comfortable chatting! We bought a new mattress from Andrew at Mattress Firm in East Liberty. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, intuitive and friendly. He knew his products very well and wasn’t pushy at all. He was also very thorough in his follow-up. They had an excellent selection of beds at the store. This is our second experience with buying a mattress here and I would highly recommend it.

Mattress Firm was supposed to be the first of three stops to select a new mattress and adjustable frame. Mindy the sales associate who helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable I decided there was no need to look any further. No aggressive up selling, she just wanted to make sure I got the right mattress. This is a big purchase that I’ll use every day. I’d definitely recommend Mindy at Mattress Firm.

We are talking about top class customer service here, ladies and gentlemen! Andrew and John are great! They were both very clear and respectful throughout the whole process. I got the mattress exactly when they told me I would. Now I’ll need a few weeks for final quality approval, but I’m confident that I’ll have the sweetest dreams from now on, on top of my new mattress.

Experience was great! Didn’t think I would find a mattress I would like for my college room that was in my price range but Andrew showed as multiple options and was a great help. Would definitely recommend this place. He made sure to explain everything and we left very happy!
