Bridal Beginning

Bridal Beginning is simply just, the best there is! I had such a lovely time looking for my dream wedding dress with the help of Marisa, which only took us 45 minutes to find!!! She had everything ready to go from my portal and made me feel super welcomed. There was one dress in particular that I had on my portal, and it showed in store but was still boxed up in the basement as it literally arrived the day before. She went down and searched for the dress, found it, and brought it to me. The Maggie Sottero dress was so gorgeous. As soon as I put it on (first to try it on may I add) I cried!!! I just knew this was my dress that I was going to marry my best friend in. Not only did I light up, but so did my sisters, mom and Marisa.

When my dress arrived in store they let me know immediately and booked an appointment for me to come in. I also purchased my veil as well. Each appointment was nice and easy. The entire experience was so fun with Bridal Beginning and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My experience with Bridal Beginning was outstanding! After visiting another salon and have a not so great experience, Marisa and Shea made sure to provide me with above and beyond customer service. Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and they allowed me the time to think about the dress I truly wanted. Marisa listened to what I wanted and had so many options for me try on, some of which I wouldn’t have thought to try on. I found my wedding dress with a team who truly cares about each bride and about their vision. I wasn’t rushed at all and they provide so many different settings so that you can see your dress in every type of lighting. They were both so encouraging, kind and personable. They even allowed me to come back with my mom so they I could feel confident in saying yes to my dress. If I could give a 20 star review, I absolutely would! Marisa and Shea, thank you again for the wonderful experience and for making me truly feel like a bride. If you’re looking for a wedding dress shop, make an appointment with Bridal Beginning! Last week I had the pleasure of coming to Bridal Beginning to look for my wedding dress. The wonderful experience took off from the moment that Sarah & Shae greeted us from the door. My mom is in a wheelchair which I didn't mention prior to getting there and they helped us rearrange the fitting room so that she would fit comfortably. That meant a lot to us. Sarah listened to my wants and picked dresses intuitively based on my preferences. The dresses got more and refined as we went on, because she really paid attention to every detail that I liked and didn't like. With much compassion, she pushed me out of my comfort zone to try something different when I was set on a particular style of dress & it turned out that she knew me better than I knew myself! I ended up buying a dress that I would've never dared to try on if it weren't for this amazing team. I felt like an absolute princess & it makes me emotional even writing this. I'm so excited for my wedding day knowing that I will look and feel beautiful & that I have this amazing team to support me through all of my dress needs! I tried dresses on at another shop after I left Bridal Beginning and I can tell you that this team is SUPERIOR in customer experience. The other place felt very much like the goal was a sale and at Bridal Beginning Sarah & Shae made the experience extremely personal & even kept repeating "I want you to be excited about your dress." I can not thank you all enough for making my experience great!

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at Bridal Beginning. Marisa was so patient and helpful every step of the way. I picked out a few dresses prior to my appointment and after trying them on I felt like I had no clue what direction I was even leaning towards. She ended up picking out a dress that had just a little bit of everything I loved in other dresses but so much more unique. Low and behold it was the dress i chose! She truly made me feel beautiful in every dress. Overall I couldn’t recommend BB and Marisa more. This is truly a one stop shop!

I had the best experience at this Bridal shop with Sara! She made everyone feel so welcomed and made my experience. She found the perfect dress for me and was so great at her job! She is patient and kind and she will do anything to find/make the dress feel perfect for you!

This is truly the place in Pittsburgh to find your wedding dress! I only went to one store because of the variety of dresses at this store. Also, they are very mindful to keep the dress within your budget. Such a great experience! Everyone is super nice and they made the day so stress free. Again, Sara is the best! am so excited to wear my dress on my wedding day!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bridal Beginning. I was so nervous going in, but I quickly became comfortable. Laurena helped me throughout my appointment and answered all my questions. She was so sweet and super insightful. She paid close attention to the styles I liked and disliked, and it seemed like she could read my mind. I am grateful for her guidance, and I am beyond excited that I found my perfect dress with her! I felt so beautiful and cared for. I feel so lucky! My experience was so wonderful with my consultant Laurena! She literally was so knowledgeable and made me feel so seen and heard. I literally have dreamed about this day since I was a young girl and my dream came true through Bridal Beginning. I felt an overwhelming amount of love, emotions, and support from my family that I brought a d even all the rest of the consultants that weren’t assigned to me but you could still feel the way they enjoyed seeing someone happy and that meant the world in a moment like that. I would recommend them time and time again if you’re looking to find your dream dress! Not to mention, the dress is beautiful and actually fell under my budget! I was like no way! This place was definitely made for me!

I visited 7 wedding dress shops in Miami,Tampa, and St.Pete... this was my 8th and LAST shop. I knew from the beginning I wanted to come to Bridal Beginnings (and I should've) and it did not let me down. The stylist assisting me was Marisa and everything about my experience with her was my favorite! She knew from the MOMENT I described my inspo, what I wanted and the last dress I tried on was the one. She hit the nail on the head with the ones she brought in but the shop had so many that I knew the right would drop into my arms. Thanks to Marisa and her understanding of my vision, her patience, and her amazing energy, the right dress did just that and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE I could've asked for.

I would encourage any Bride looking for an easy and fun dress shopping experience to book an appointment at Bridal Beginning. This is not only a beautiful shop with an exceptional collection of wedding dresses but, a place where the staff truly cares about you and your big day. I had a fantastic experience working with Kristen, who not only helped me find my dream dress, but was a source of encouragement leading up to my big day. She went so far as to help me select a veil and advise on bridesmaid dresses as well. I could not be more thankful for her kindness. This is by far the best shop in Pittsburgh to search for your wedding gown. Additionally, I worked with the in-house seamstress for my alterations and had a delightful experience. The seamstress is talented, had a sharp eye, and did an excellent job tailoring my dress. I am so glad I found Bridal Beginning!

Loved my appointment at Bridal Beginning! They were kind, supportive, and helped me narrow down choices when I had so many options to choose from. Marisa was an incredible stylist who pulled perfect dresses based on my inspiration pictures and overall wedding look/feel. She listened to my feedback and pulled the most amazing dresses to try on - without her I wouldn't have found my perfect gown!

I absolutely loved shopping for my dress at Bridal Beginning! They really take the time to get to know you and your wedding to help steer you towards the dress of your dreams. My bridal consultant was Sabrina and she was so sweet and went above and beyond, so when I chose my dress I really felt it was the one! They made me feel so special and valued I would definitely recommend bridal beginning to all brides looking for a one of a kind dress shopping experience!

I had a really lovely experience with Sabrina. She asked me lots of questions about myself, my fiancé, my venue, and the look I was going for. With every dress she asked me what I liked and didn't like about it, then would pull new dresses that focused on the things I liked. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted when I went in, but after trying several dresses in that style it was clear they weren't actually what I was looking for. Sabrina pulled some completely different looks and I fell in love with one of them! She was also very careful to only pull dresses in my budget. On top of that, I wanted my mom to see the dress I loved, but we were on a tight schedule when she was visiting, so Sabrina very kindly offered to stay after they closed to let me show my mom. That was really above and beyond!

I had the BEST experience at Bridal Beginning! To start, their online portal is incredibly easy to use. I requested my favorite dresses to be pulled prior to my appointment, and they even called me weeks prior to ensure that the dress I really wanted to try was available for me. My consultant, Marisa, was so supportive and the most efficient at getting me in and out of dozens of dresses! I really appreciate the staff's navigation and warmth in answering all of my questions, and providing a handicap accessible space so I could choose my dress with my grandmother. I highly recommend Bridal Beginning!!

I had the absolute best time finding my dress at Bridal Beginning. I got the pleasure of working with Laurena! She could not have been more helpful, she made me feel so comfortable and I only had to tell her the smallest details about my wedding and general ideas of what I was looking for in a dress for her to absolutely nail it! Every single dress I tried on was exactly my “mood board” of what I was imagining myself in for my day! My appointment lasted three hours, and she just made it so easy to find my dream dress as well as my jewelry, my veil and my gloves. I just had the best time and I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Laurena! my mom also happened to get her dress at Bridal beginning when she got married, so it was so fun to go back in for me to find my dress there!!

Bridal Beginning is truly the best out there. My stylist was Laurena and she was absolutely AMAZING!! She is so knowledgable about the dresses and designers. Most importantly, she is a great listener. She pulled dresses that had the little things I loved of other gowns and ended up finding the perfect dress with everything combined! It takes true talent to do what Laurena does. I wouldn't recommend another bridal shop other than Bridal Beginning! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing.

This past fall I had an appointment to find my wedding dress at Bridal Beginnings. From making the appointment to finding my dress, it was a PERFECT experience. Marisa made the day everything I could have imagined. She helped me feel heard, comfortable, and extremely confident. She was AMAZING! I could not recommend bridal beginnings more. I had a fantastic experience at Bridal Beginning. Laurena was patient, insightful, and intuitive, and she was able to help me find the exact style and feel that I was looking for after just a few dresses. She also worked wonderfully with my family and gave me tips and tricks to help me determine which dress would be perfect for my wedding. I'm thrilled with the dress we ultimately chose!

My younger sister got her wedding dress from Bridal Beginning as well, and we had an equally good experience during that appointment! I'd highly recommend this shop, especially for brides who may not know styles and designers well and who need extra guidance.

I had the most amazing experience and Bridal Beginning. Kristen was so wonderful and helped me immediately. She helped me find the dress of my dreams. I loved how you are able to fill out a wish list before hand, and Kristen had them all ready for me so she knew my style, and what I was interested in, but also helped encourage me throughout the whole process and made me feel beautiful in every dress! My older sister found hers at Bridal beginning and I knew I would too with all of the amazing designers and dresses they had available. It was super personable and a day I dreamed about since I was a little girl. I can’t thank you enough bridal beginning! I would 10/10 recommend it for anyone!!

Bridal beginnings was my first experience dress shopping and it was amazing! Sabrina was my consultant and she was awesome!
