Krupp Whitney has been a life saver! After working with another plumbing company without success, Krupp Whitney was able to scope the sewer line and find the problem. Everyone was so easy to work with, answering questions and keeping us updated on the progress of the work. And they were hard workers! They two young men who worked on our problem were conscience about the mud on the patio and making the clean out pipes as unobtrusive as possible. Krupp Whitney will be our go to plumbing company going forward.

Krupp Whitney installed a sewer pipe liner for me back in December, and the entire process was seamless. Good communication, project was completed in just 2 days and for a fraction of the price of what a new liner would have cost. Upon completion, I received an emailed video that showed the inside of the new liner. Had a small issue due to all the rain we received last week, and I called Scott. He promptly scheduled Mike to come over and run a camera down at no charge just to give me piece of mind and ensure new liner was functioning properly. I would highly recommend KW for your plumbing needs.

Krupp Whitney just finished a trenchless sewer repair at my home with very difficult access. Their bid was half what a competitor would have charged, as Krupp was willing to bring in a mini excavator to keep the labor cost down. The job was done beautifully and the site was left in great condition when they were done. The guys were professional, experienced and polite. They did a trenchless repair for me at another home several years ago and we were very pleased with that job as well. I’d highly recommend Nathan and his team to anyone looking for trenchless sewer work.

I’ve worked several times with Krupp Whitney and I have to say they are a great company. Honest as the day is long. They don’t seem to want to do anything more than the minimum invasive amount which is kind of surprising in an industry where the more invasive they are the more money they can make. Others recommend ripping everything up and the come up with creative solutions! I really trust these guys!

Over nearly a decade and probably +50k of repairs, Krupp Whitney has earned my complete confidence and strongest recommendation. The list of projects has included re-plumbing two bathrooms, a sewer re-line, flange repairs at a rental property, a commercial backflow installation, bringing an air vent up to code, a trap replacement, an internal French drain and sump pump, two sub-grade sewer repairs, and probably a few others I don't recall. There has been much to like about the services: fair and transparent pricing, the nicest people you can meet, well-done cement patching, to list just a few reasons I won't hire anyone else.

Pricing is the most fair out there. Got my sewer line (interior) done recently. Great communication from start to finish and the work so far is excellent. Will have to replace some more piping they found that connects to other plumbing and while I opted to skip that for now, I will be hiring them for that in the near future. Financing available for 18 months at 0% as well.
