Needed a unit at the last second and needed it to be as reasonably priced as possible. Chose this facility because of their low cost and ended up thrilled that I did as they helped with the process, were knowledgeable, friendly and really went above and beyond to assist!!! Everyone needs to use them for their storage needs! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Clean and good climate control. Very professional front office

The facilities here are excellent. Good lighting, clean, dry lots of carts available, quick elevator. The staff is fabulous and bend over backwards to be of help and always with a smile. I will certainly recommend this location to all my friends.

Love this place. Been here for years. Not sure what the previous review rant was about not raising prices for men, as mine went up, too. Cost of business. All prices are increasing right now, clearly she doesn't use wood for anything (or maybe she left a review on home depots site for things they can't control either..) also, different units cost different prices, so maybe she was just mistaken.
I've also worked with Vinnie on unit maintenance and have never had a problem getting things fixed if needed.. Vinnie is a great person. And find it distasteful she used his full name on here.. But he doesn't make the rules, just follows them like the most of us.

I’ve just recently rented an office and had a great experience. I met the manager Amber who was just the sweetest! Amber was able to answer all of my questions get me checked into a office easily. She even sent me a hand written thank you note.

I recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a small office, storage space or truck.

Perfected gated space for my box truck. Service was above and beyond. Quest started in Carnegie but ended seamlessly in Bridgeville. Staff at both locations were super helpful.

The location was perfect and the staff was super helpful the entire time we rented our space. Being able to use the truck on the premises was an incredible perk! Amber was amazing, knowledgeable and very personable. We would recommend the Bridgeville location to anyone!

I have been casually searching for a storage unit for about a year now, something that could potentially double as an art studio if need be. When I stumbled upon this place today and saw their prices, I thought it was too good to be true. It wasn't! Carol was so sweet and helpful. The free move-in-day truck usage is a major bonus. Highly recommended to anyone in the South Hills in need of a clean, safe, climate controlled space!

I am a General Contractor in the area and have been looking for a place to not only store my materials and equipment, but a space to build custom furniture pieces or refinish furniture. I contacted Carol and she was able to show me a space that was perfect for my needs. She kind and friendly and the space was clean, like it was spotless and well lit. I will be recommending this storage facility to my friends and family. They have many options for everyone’s needs.

I was looking for a storage unit that I could afford being on SS and limited income and I found this storage unit to fit my price and needs. I meet a very nice young man name Vinny, he was very helpful with showing me around the place and different size units that fitted my needs and very nice person and I do recommend any one looking for a storage unit you should check out this place, a very friendly atmosphere, Vinny is great manager to help with your needs also. Moving out of my college apartment in the midst of COVID-19 caused grave anxiety in me, but STORExpress eased my worries and made my move out/ storage experience, exceptional! Staff was extremely generous and helpful, while the process of renting a unit was quick and easy. They took many precautions such as social distancing and sanitation of the office and moving truck. The free truck facilitated my move and overall, exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend storing your stuff at STORExpress! You will not be disappointed with their thoughtful and safe service!

The facility is cool..But the real star here is the customer service..Namely AMBER!!! AMBER IS AMAZING!!! There are other storages places that might be a little closer to me but I won't even give them a try due to her kindness, patience and willingly to go the extra mile. She is truly a gem!

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I needed storage in an emergency situation, and was able to get a space right away. Closing out was also very simple and I’m grateful for their quick and easy service when the time came to move on, thank you!

Very Nice and convenient place and the cheapest price I have ever found around Pittsburgh I have went to many storage but this is the cheapest that I found and the guy who was working who’s name is Adams was really nice and funny and he helped us a lot.

Amber the location manager met me same day to set up a unit for me. She is very personable and helpful to answer all my questions.
