Dr. Grand is a personable and approachable doctor. He listens and gives well-thought out answers to questions. He respected my input, and I will not hesitate to use his services again.

I'm preparing for my second surgery with Dr. Grand, and I couldn't feel more comfortable. I've had 3 in-office visits with him, and every time I've felt confident in the care I received. I do recommend him for hand and finger surgery. He listens, and outright cares about your health. Definitely 5 stars for him and ALL the staff at the Hand & Shoulder Center.

The Staff was so Friendly and Efficient . They answered some preliminary questions that were so comforting while Dr. Grand spent extra time on my case....He was very thorough regarding my present health concerns....He also helped me with a Future care plan too! The Office was definitely "High Tech!"

Doctor Grand is right to the point and explains everything so you can understand it. This is my second time seeing him and I highly recommend him to anyone

I no longer live in the area. While visiting family, Dr. Grand was able to fit me in and do the procedure on my hand. He was very accommodating.

From the cashier to all of the nursing staff they were excellent. Dr. Grand was excellent. Nice firm handshake. He came in to an office/exam room. We sat down face to face. He looked at my arm and then we had a conversation. Talked like men. He wasn't in a hurry to get to the next patient. Then he told me what my options were. So I just told him to do what he thought was best. 6 hours later my elbow is better and almost back to normal. Thanks! Randy

Dr Aaron Grand was great! He was easy to talk to, listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. (I also liked that he had a sense of humor!!) The office staff was very nice too.

Great experience! The staff that greeted me were very friendly and kind. The doctor was awesome. Knowledgeable, thorough, helped lift my anxiety about the injection in my wrist, was quick to diagnose me with tendonitis in my wrist and help me with my needs.

Him and his staff are always ahead of time which is absolute wild, but appreciated. His surgery scheduler is beyond wonderful and helped me out of a scheduling bind with my insurance. He was kind and personable throughout the entire process of injections to surgery. I work with my hands and at all steps did I feel like my future and success was well cared for under his watch. He has provided excellent support in my healing and any future needs. I was worried because I needed to bite the bullet and do the procedure quickly before my move. I am grateful that he was a doctor i could fully put my trust into doing a knowledgeable, good job.

I am anywhere from half hour to 45 minutes early. We travel 2 hours to go to Wexford and their group is very organized and prompt. Most often I am usually checking out when it's my scheduled appointment time.
Dr Grand answers questions asked. When I decided I was going to have my surgery, you could tell he was already thinking of how he was going to proceed.
You can tell he takes pride in what he does to help his patients.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional is my experience with everyone at the Hand and Shoulder Center. This includes all of the staff from the ladies at the front desk, to Brittany who took out my stiches to Dr Grand. He and the staff do not make you feel rushed, and they all take the time to answer your questions to your understanding.

Dr. Grand did excellent work. I was pleased with the results which were even better than we anticipated. Five months after surgery on my elbow I now have full range of motion again with full strength and no restrictions.

Dr. Grand takes the time to listen to my questions and address any concerns. I know I can trust him to give me all options and set reasonable expectations. Excellent surgeon, I highly recommend.
