Since I started coming to this place, I have loved every experience. I have had laser hair removal done, face lasers including moxi, & laser genesis, also the hydro facial. I love my results and I am very happy. Highly recommend all. Kayla is awesome, super friendly & she knows her stuff!! The rest of the staff is also awesome! Can not wait to continue doing new treatments & trying their products!

Recently saw Cassie for my Dysport and Lip filler treatment and I cannot say enough about the process start to finish and the results afterwards. Cassie is fantastic! She was very informative, and took her time! This was something I had spent years thinking about and I am so happy I finally did it! Thank you Cassie for making me feel so confident!

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Drea in particular! I purchased a package of three Picoway laser treatments, and while I’ve only had two so far, have seen an unbelievable improvement in my skin/pigmentation issues! You’re in great hands here.

The staff is the very best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to listen/answer your questions. Drea, make me feel so comfortable, and her knowledge makes me feel comfortable with her advice.

The hydrafacial performed on my scalp for upcoming hair replacement was marvelous. Kayla was professional and enjoyable to spend the time with during the procedure. I'm looking forward to doing the hydrafacial on my face next! Highly recommend!!!

Love Acqua Blu and trust them 100%. Bonnie Russo has been taking care of my skin for years and she is excellent. They are true professionals and do not over recommend things you do not need. Highly recommend Bonnie and the staff at Acqua Blu. Excellent.

My technician was AMAZING! I’ve been to 4 different laser hair removal spots in the past few years and this was by far the best overall experience. Best deal by hundreds, best service, best office, etc. Granted, the other spots I went to were all in NYC so the prices reflected that but cost aside, I am very pleased. She took the time to speak with me about my skin, my goals, my history, as well as chit chat about personal life and be friendly. She was very gentle during the removal process and made sure to check on my pain level throughout. Afterwards, she made sure to finish any last touches she missed and to take her time putting soothing cool gel on my skin. I’m so glad I decided to buy a package. She also discussed other procedures and specials they offer without being pushy or pressuring me into purchasing anything. I’ll definitely be back.

My consultation with Bonnie was wonderful. She is open and honest. Explains things fully. Does not pressure at all but provides thorough information. She made me feel totally comfortable!!!

Also my interactions with Drea have been top notch. She is so personable and professional! She really takes the time to explain and make sure that you feel comfortable and confident !! She is totally focused on her patient!!!

I am so happy with my laser hair removal treatments so far. Kayla is awesome! She makes me feel totally comfortable as I was certainly apprehensive about this service. I’m already seeing results, and I really couldn’t be happier! I only wish I would have used premier sooner!

Excellent! I went for very stubborn brow tattoo removal. The residual pigment had left green and yellow tint after 2 prior treatments elsewhere. Only the PICO machine could remove the green and few places have them. Drea was great! She treated both colors and it looks like I will finally be ready for microblading in a few months. Another aspect I liked was the calmness and the wonderful smell from the diffuser in the waiting area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had treatments done by Bonnie and Kayla. They are kind, caring and a pleasure.

The BBL laser treatment was painless. I can see results after one session I can see y try hat my skin tone is more even and some of the redness is gone. Drea is an excellent PA, she listens to your concerns and develops a treatment plan that is research based and achieves desired results. I would highly recommend this practice.

Every service I have had done at this medical spa has been an exceptional experience. The doctor, the PAs, the administration, nursing staff- basically everyone you come in contact with through your experience- make you feel welcome and appreciated. They take their time with you and explain things well and make you feel comfortable each step of the way. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and I will continue to do so until I stop aging. 😁

I am surprised this service "That only she can provide" is s NOT available at the USC location! It would be a great idea to hire a physician asistant for her to train so this service could be provided there. I have told friends about this procedure, but they can't Uber from USC. Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Squirrel Hill.etc. My friends that drive may schedule with her, but expressed it's difficult to wait for this service. Some go out of town as she is only available on Tuesday and Friday at Wexford.
I understand this machine is probably quite costly, but why not have her train someone who is qualified and willing to learn.
She's only one person, her schedule may change one day. As a Mom of two grown daughters I have see this happen! Relocation, marriage, children, deaths, etc.

Thanks to the receptionist working yesterday . She was courteous, kind, and got me in quickly for my next pico laser treatment /arms.
I also have gotten filler and botox with Drea at USC location.
