Infuzed Bistro truly lives up to its name: every single dish is infused with unique flavors. Chef Tim does not do ANY plain, boring, by-the-books dishes in this restaurant. While everyone else is serving plain farro, Tim's menu has farro with bacon and peach: an amazing combination I have yet to see anywhere else. He carefully sources every cut of meat and vegetable to ensure fresh, top-notch quality, and is constantly dreaming up delicious sauces and marinades - my steak & sides were excellent and well worth the price of admission. Best of all? There's a weekly rotating menu where you can try Chef Tim's latest creations...and then come back the next week and try something completely different...and it'll always be fantastic!

Me and my girlfriend stopped here when we saw the smokers outside. We are not from the area and figured lets support local instead of a chain. When we arrived we were told they closed a half hour ago but were still very happy to take our order. We ordered up some BBQ and chatted with the new owner while we waited for our food. He told us the restaurant was a members only club but he does private events, you can use the kitchen yourself and they have local companies in to team up from time to time. You can tell he is passionate about the project and his food, you can also tell he knows what he is talking about. Once we got our food he gave me a beer on the house and we went on our way. I got what I believe was called the Q, its the special for the day. It was a giant beef rib with the house BBQ sauce and man do I think about it often! She got the brisket and said it was really good. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the membership, but Im sure if we are ever in the area again we will go back!

Reasonable price. Got to try foods I never tried before like pork bellies (love em). The subtle blending of different food flavors was delicious and interesting. The experience of the cooks is shown by the food variations on the menu. Friendly sensitive waitress helped bring it all together. Love the constantly varied food updates and pictures on line. Wish I lived closer as I would go there more often.

The best restaurant that I've ever eaten at in Pennsylvania. The workers are the best ever. food is always cooked fresh n perfect. It's to the point were my wife doesn't even eat drumsticks but she eat them there i only had one she ate the other two. They food is the best by far compared to these other restaurants. The steak n all. Top notch chefs to me. I will recommend anybody to go there an try there food before i recommend any place else. And the prices is on point.

My husband and I had dinner there for Valentine's Day. They took reservations and we're right on time. It was a 5 course special. OMG!! So wonderful! Felt like I was at a fancy restaurant in NYC!! Yes I ate oysters for the first time! When they are made like the way the chef made it, so tasty! One course was a crab/lobster soup. The best I ever had! No searching for the lobster!! It was a delightful evening!!

Super excellent. Really hard to find proper bbq in and around Pittsburgh. Everyone I met here is super cool. It is evident that they care very much about what they do and it shows all around. They serve great food in an awesome atmosphere. Check this place out if you like proper bbq.

We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere that the bistro offered as well as the friendly service our host Toni provided. The menu was a pleasant change from the standard fair that is offered in the area. The meal proved to be a delicious and great value. Do yourself a favor and plan a night out at the Bistro, we plan on stopping by again for sure!

I cannot recommend this place enough! With the current COVID-19 pandemic it is so convenient to have fresh, well made, and easy to pick up food ready for takeout only a phone call away — or be able to get delivery service without leaving the house. Now more than ever it can be easy to fall into the doldrums of the same old, same old routine. Thankfully, Infuzed has a weekly rotating menu that offers a fairly expansive range of possible picks but without getting too wild or not bringing back some definite favorites. Chef Tim has a lot of enthusiasm for his work and it can be felt in either his latest creations or if a pleasant chat if you manage to catch him between dishes.

Infuzed Bistro is a wonderful local restaurant for those in the area or a nice bite to grab if on a trip through the area. The owners put a lot of heart into the place and into their service as well. If looking for an anniversary date or some other special occasion I highly recommend reaching out to them, they are as accommodating as they are ambitious.

Had the steak hoagie, and the shrimp po boy sandwiches. My old man loved the steak!!! I liked the shrimp, bread was fresh, veggies great, would have liked the option for a remoulade. I will definitely be going back and have recommended to many people. The owner also took the time to have a chat with us.

If you are looking for a basic meal restaurant Infuzed Bistro is not for you! The Chef/Owner management puts complete control in the hands of two very creative and very talented chefs. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are family friendly, but the dining experience is unbelievable. Infuzed Bistro is a must do for all. Your special occasion quality at an affordable everyday price.

Ive been trying to get here since they opened, I can walk to it, and finally got here last night. I Took out the brisket and sweet potato casserole last night. Fantastic! The poor staff running around in the rain to bring us our food, but they did a great job and with a smile on their faces. I will be back! Great job all! 👍

Infused Bistro is a super cool addition to our community. Nothing like this in the valley. A family owned restaurant, with a top notch chef, & infused flavors that will have your taste buds doing the happy dance.
It helps that there is a childrens menu (super affordable)for our picky eaters, and I love that there are vegetarian & Vegan options, as well.
Oh and did I mention its BYOB?!?
I love that, it makes the experience even more affordable, and fun.. if your meeting up with friends and everyone brings a bottle:)) lol:)
But do NOT leave this place before indulging in the cheesecake🤤...
Trust me, I'm a connoisseur.... and it's the best piece of cheesecake I have ever eaten. I had the blueberry!
But will probably try them all, lol:)
Can not wait to go back!

This food is AMAZING! We love that the menu constantly changes unlike most restaurants so you’re never bored with the same things, we have never received anything that we didn’t like. Our kids love everything they have to offer as well so it’s always a win win!

Wow! This place is amazing! My husband and I drove an hour to this quaint, "destination" restaurant. It was worth every mile. Located in a out of the way place, this hidden gem is sure to become the next big thing once discovered by "influencers" on the net. Once inside, the vibe is cozy-cool with a mix of Victorian/Industrial, and yes, it works. We were greeted by a charming waitress who seated us and immediately got us drinks and a corkscrew-Infuzed is BYOB. We settled into two appetizers because we couldn't decide on just one. The Mid-Evil Chicken Wings were large, and fall off the bone tender, glazed with a piquant sauce. Yummy. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread could be a meal on its own. The flatbread was chef-made that day, stretchy-chewy-tender as a good flatbread should be, topped by a lovely BBQ sauce and giant chunks of perfectly cooked chicken. This was a standout and we'll order this again. As we waited for entrees, the waitress bustled about making sure diners were accommodated, the chef's wife, Toni, came to make sure everything was on point. Very attentive service. Our entrees arrived and we were surprised by the large plated food. Homey would best describe the plating. My Blackberry Chicken flooded the plate with beautiful chicken topped with a rich blackberry sauce and singular blackberries, accompanied by sliced, melty gouda and torn sage leaves which heightened the layers of flavors. It worked. My husband's entree, after a huge salad, was a steak of the day accompanied by roasted potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly, seared on the outside, tender pink in the middle, well-seasoned. Potatoes were a lovely addition, fork-tender. I tasted his entree, he tasted my entree -we agreed: we'll come back. Before leaving, we indulged in cheesecakes, smooth and sweet. We left with extra. The chef knows what he is doing and came out to check on our meals. Chef Tim Emery, known in chef circles, is poised to make a splash on the Pittsburgh food scene. We feel lucky that we got to get in on Infuzed Bistro before it gets hard to get a table. Much luck to Tim and Toni! You are doing food right! Take a ride to Infuzed Bistro-you won't regret it!

Infuzed Bistro is a wonderful addition to the local restaurants! Our area has too many chain restaurants and it is so refreshing to have an interesting and innovating place like Infused Bistro. The food is excellent and the menu changes weekly. Please support this local gem.

We took the family there for a birthday lunch and the service and the food were both outstanding, I would give it 10 stars but 5 is as high as it goes. My opinion is the best restaurant in the area and with reasonable pricing and plenty of food it will continue be to my favorite local place to go.

Food was so good. I loved the "infused" flavors! I do wish there would have been a vegetarian option but other than that it was awesome.

At the risk of dating myself I really enjoyed the classic rock music that was playing
