I may not have gotten work done, but I can guarantee honesty. I called last second for an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in within the hour! Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and was able to get every question I had answered. I was coming in without insurance and instead of just taking my money and placing me in the chair, as I was willing to do anything for relief, he had given me the best recommendations for my issues and made it very clear that he wasn’t trying to just take my money if he couldn’t do anything for me. All in all, I will be returning and recommending this dentistry to many people!

Go here if you are looking for a new dentist!! My tooth was hurting so i looked for places close to work. He was second on the list (distance wise) on my insurance's website. I am glad the first one couldn't get me in for months! Dr. Murphy got me in the next day. Not only that, when he discovered the issue he gave me my options on how to handle it. Not only that, he drilled the old filling and refilled it right away so i didn't have to deal with the pain and come back. The Dentist and his staff are awesome!!

Best dentist I've ever had. Doc Murphy actually cares about you. It's not one of those chain offices where you get someone fresh out of school. This is where people go to get a dentist that is real and cares.

This is the worst experience I have had from a dentist. Wanted to give 0 Stars. I received a bridge from Dr Murphy in January 2022. The bridge fell out my mouth a total of 5 times. Then he pulled a perfectly good tooth . My tooth that was on the bridge got infected. Now I have no teeth on the left upper of my mouth. All this happened within 1year. A bridge is supposed to last at least 9-10 years I know because I went to school for dental technician. He refuses to take any accountability for the disaster he created. I have to live my life with no teeth because I trusted someone I shouldn't have. He got paid from the insurance company and me a total of 2,000 dollars plus. This office has no integrity or accountability or compassion. Run run I know we all can do better than this. Ripping people off isn't fair or right. Think twice people before you go here he isn't hurting for money. He should have done the right thing and refunded my money. Very deceptive.

Tldr: go here to get a botched cavity fill and bone loss.

I'd like to think I'm nicer than writing a mean Google review, but trust me, stay away for your own good.

I went to Murphy back in 2013 (it's 2023 guys) for a cavity fill in molar #31. Yeah, I know the number, which bodes poorly for the future of this story. The band they place around the tooth for the filling was hurting me at the end of my procedure- I guess the local anesthetic wore off. Dr Murphy decided to fill the tooth without the matrix.

Less than one year later, I felt like eating ice cream was like getting punched in the face. I did nothing until 2015 due to insurance issues, and the attached x-ray was revealed at a new dentist. The overflowing filling notched into my gums and ate away at the bone, creating an infection and a cavity in #30. After a ROOT CANAL to fix this shoddy work, the gums abscessed. I've been fighting periodontal disease in the 30-31 pocket ever since (all my other teeth are fine with minimal fillings).

Now, 10 years later in 2023, molar #31 had to be pulled due to reinfection and bone loss. I elected for a bone graft to minimize additional loss, but all-in-all Dr.Murphy's negligence cost me about $3,500 to date, which after an implant could reach as high as $8,000, not to mention the pain and suffering.

DO NOT GO HERE. Frankly, I am looking for the applicable licensing authority to report for gross negligence with hopes that no one else will have to suffer like I did (do, since the extraction was literally last week and I'd be spitting mad except I can't spit right now).

Absolutely the worst dentist. He did me wrong and I went to a different dentist and he was shocked at the work doc Murphy did!! Absolutely the worst dentist ever!! I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody or anything. Not only is his dental skills horrible he is very ignorant to his help. I was in his office one day and he treated his employees like they were nobody. ANYONE looking for a dentist please reconsider your choice and chose another dental office!! I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through what I did with Murphy!!!!
