These gentlemen are the best around. Very professional and pleasant to work with, also upfront and honest. Quality work and reasonable prices. I take both of my trucks here for the undercoating. The undercoating on my Silverado was put on by them 3 years ago and still looks as good as it did on the day it was first put on.

The level of customer service, clarity, and transparency displayed by these fantastic people is unmatched by any other shop I have been to. I drove my 1998 Jeep Wrangler in with a lot of frame cancer. They put it on the lift and showed me what needed done and explained the process. Their pricing was more than fair and they got the job done quickly. They did end up breaking a bolt in the process but went above and beyond to remedy the situation. After getting the Jeep home I got a chance to look at their work up close, I am impressed. The level of craftsmanship is what I would expect from a machine and the undercoating they applied gives me confidence that this Jeep will withstand whatever I can throw at it for years to come. I was blown away with how nice and honest they are. I plan to return with my other car for some preventive care. Well done RRI, I can’t recommend these services enough.

Very good work, good price and nice people

My rust bucket had the driver side rocker falling apart. No other body shop would touch it.
These guys put it on the lift and showed me what needed done and explained the process. Although they took 2 days longer than they promised (because of the weekend coming in) they charged me the same amount of money which they originally quoted, despite a few hours of extra labor. Their pricing was more than fair, and although you will find cheaper body shops out there, nobody does underbody rust repair like they do.

I actually got my car repaired in September 2021 and deliberately kept this review till I got inspections passed this month (April 2022) - the mechanic couldn't even tell if there was rust on the carriage before and I got those fresh new stickers.

I had my vehicle towed here for some work, ended up needing fuel line work as well. Everyone at the shop was great to work with. They fixed the fuel line, even had to order the tools and parts in to do it, and had it to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost was also very affordable and definitely worth it to keep the car instead of salvaging or parting it out. I’d recommend them to anyone for repair or proofing.

To pass inspection, the vehicle needed rock panels repaired. Jay did the job in less than a day and charged me less than half of what I paid when I had the same done on my jeep through Rutledge Auto. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Any future work needed will definitely go through this company.
