The diner was unbelievably busy when I got there, but the staff still kept up very well with the rush. The rush died down about fifteen minutes after, and the service was immaculate. Very interesting style of diner, you place your order before being seated, which I thought was pretty neat. Food was very good, and I was definitely impressed by the breakfast burrito.

Great food, great service and fair prices. What more can you ask for. My personal favorite is the Rubin. I'm a Rubin snob and it's one of the best I've ever had. Their breakfast is really good too.

This place has become a staple for our family since moving into the South Hills area. The small diner feel where the staff remembers your name and order before you can get the words out...this is it!! I love their Western Omelets and the Cinnamon Raisin Toast. But there's nothing in the menu subpar

Another place I have driven by 100 times and not noticed. Happened to meet a friend here for a late breakfast today. Great little diner. Simple, but very good food. I had the cheese, bacon and egg croissant, with home fries which was delicious. Very friendly staff too. A pleasure. I would highly recommend.

My new favorite place for breakfast! Super friendly folks and food was great! You order at the counter and they bring your meal out to you...and frequent coffee refills 😉 Really great prices for their breakfasts (most that I saw were $7.95) I had the 2 Belgian waffles with bacon and my friends had 2 eggs, sausage, home fries, and toast.

It's home cooking, whether breakfast or fish on Fridays, always delicious!

Great spot for a hot, fresh, and fast breakfast. Affordable prices, welcoming and clean atmosphere.

We had the #3 and the sausage gravy & biscuits special. The hash browns are so well seasoned.

Note: They don't serve their full lunch menu on the weekend. The staff told us BLTs, chicken/tuna salad, and grilled cheese only.

For first timers, you walk to the back and order at the counter.

First time for my wife and I to try this after a recommendation from her friend.

Ordering and paying at the counter was a little different before being served.
The restaurant was not crowded, clean, good parking, prompt service.

We love Trolley Barn for family breakfasts. The people are wonderful, and the space has such a cozy feel to it. They're always so kind and patient with our boys as they order for themselves. We've enjoyed everything we've gotten so far, and my 5yo has declared that they have the best bacon and it's his favorite restaurant.

Friendly diner with lots of regulars. Food is good, budget friendly, but the service (Mia) is what we come for. Love it!

We eat here often. The food is terrific, prices are reasonable, and you get big portions. The waitresses are super friendly and helpful. We always enjoy our meal there and eat there at least once a week.

Please try this place for breakfast or lunch. It's family owned local restaurant run by amazing people. Great family, community friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like your eating at your dining room table. Love this place.

This was a great gind. Stopped here for breakfast and everything was great. It is a self order at the counter. This was no issue for us and we actually liked everything.

From the staff, food and pricing this place is the best place for breakfast.
It never disappoints and everyone, every time is always so nice.
Make sure to give them a try when in Castle Shannon.

Always great food, can't beat the prices & it's way better than the "diner" around the corner, but the line out the door speaks for itself

It was our first time there and it was a nice small restaurant. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. Staff were all very nice. Food came out quick and hot. Would highly recommend.
