My Mom lives here, she loves it!
Very cute, affordable and comfortable, it's relatively clean cut and everybody seems to have their places and yards looking nice year-round!

I moved here 10 years ago, there has been three different owners. If you own your place the lot rent is getting a little pricey. I am not positive what it is to just rent here I think it might be 900 a month but I'm not positive. I love the neighbors the neighborhood is peaceful.

Do nothing for their tenant's, put in new trailers and drives but don't repair any of the existing and destroy the entrance and exits but don't repair. No club house or pool but lot rent is almost double compared to the other parks in the area with no benefits for the tenant's

51 estates before being sold to umh was great! Since umh properties has taken oven it has been nothing but horrible. Raised rates for renting lots, New mailboxes that make it harder for the elderly who live in the park to get there mail, supposedly we have matienance crews to maintain the road, but all winter it has not been kept up, irregular charges and prices constantly going up. 10/10 do not recommend

Set up an appointment for a viewing and was told that because of covid it was a self guided tour and the doors would be unlocked. So after driving 1.5 hours I had to call, then sit and wait for someone to open the unit. Waited 20 minutes and no one showed. Terrible service. I cant imagine renting from such an unprofessional establishment.
