Wiegand Brothers Transmission

I had purchased a vehicle out of state without seeing it and, despite it being overall nicer than expected, I didn't realize that it had a transmission fluid leak. I contacted Wiegand Brothers because of a previous good experience that I had, and George was very accommodating with getting me in very quickly (he gave me the go ahead to drop off for the next day). When I brought the vehicle in, he listened to my concerns and thoughts as to what it might be and said they would look it over and diagnose the issue. He contacted me the same day with what the truck needed and also offered to assist me with an unrelated issue that was at least the partial cause of the fluid leak. He quoted me a very reasonable price for that work (and all the other work he needed to do), so I authorized him to proceed and was contacted later in the day to let me know it was done. I give George a lot of credit for being responsive, transparent, and helpful. Given the issue I was experiencing with my otherwise great truck, I was thrilled to have been able to get it resolved so quickly and reasonably. I had transmission problems in my truck, and i had an extended warranty, but the warranty didn't want to covered it, Wiegand Brothers Transmission they helped me, they talked to the warranty and they took care of everything!, they fixed my truck and the truck its running pretty good!!

I was referred to the shop by my longtime mechanic. The codes and lights were saying I had a transmission problem. George diagnosed the condition it wasn't related to the transmission but a bad sensor. They fixed the sensor and the car is running great. It's hard to find honest people like George he could have told me anything and I would have probably paid.

I had got a new transmission at a different shop that was bad. When they did diagnostic there were 6 codes all transmission. So they dealt with my warranty and vendor of first transmission in order for me to get a new transmission. Not only were they empathetic to my situation...they stayed on top of contact with vendor and got the transmission shipped two weeks early. They also caught the problem that my coolant lines were bad. Which could've ruined yet another transmission.
Since I just went through having to pay other shop...and paying for rentals for six weeks they gave me a discount. They literally treated me like family. As a customer...I sing thier praises. My truck is running great. This was my best experience with mechanic shop. I've been driving for twenty years. Agnus and George are great.

I love this business. They are a great family business with knowledgeable mechanics that you can trust and put your safety in your vehicle at the forefront of their services. They work really hard to make sure your vehicle has the proper maintenance and don't try to get over on you, at all. Really great folks and very good transmission service.

I was referred to Wiegand Brothers by my regular mechanic because my transmission failed. They had to do an immense amount of work and had my Jeep for a week. Denny explained and showed me exactly what went bad how he proposed to fix the problems. When I told friends where my Jeep was they said I had it at the best business in the area. He warranted his work for the next year which is astounding and said if I have the slightest problem to bring it right in. I am so relieved to have found an honest and trustworthy transmission specialist and sing his praises to the rooftop!

The employee who answered the phone was very helpful and honest. He stated that the problem I was experiencing was an issue with this particular transmission was a known problem, and even if he took my money and repaired it, it would happen again in the future. Thanks to his advice I got rid of the car before dumping thousands of $$ into it unnecessarily. So while I didn't have any actual work done by Wiegand Brothers, I appreciate their honesty, which saved me a lot of $ and frustration in the future.

When I suspected one of my vehicles had a transmission problem, a trusted source recommended Wiegand. In the 30 to 45 minutes I spent at Wiegand, I not only learned my vehicle did not have a transmission problem at this time but I also found the transmission specialists I want to employ from this point forward. My car has a transmission problem and I was referred to Wiegand Brothers. It turns out they are super nice and patient and professional! They suggested me to go to Toyota first to check whether they could help me for free and even called Toyota to get things set up before I get there. I went to Toyota and Toyota told me my car is a recall car that will be fully covered which saved me thousands of bucks!! It absolutely won't happen without their help. I'm extremely satisfied their services and appreciate their integrity!

Denny is a man of honor and integrity. He is very honest and trustworthy. I took my car there because I thought I needed transmission work, and Denny thought it might just be a brake issue.

It was taken to the dealership, and sure enough it was a brake issue. If I ever need transmission work in the future, I'll take my car to Wiegand's.

It's hard to find honest people anymore. Denny is one of them.

When I thought I needed a new transmission, Denny Wiegand checked my van and found out that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, and told me that once that was taken care of, it might fix the acceleration problem that I was experiencing. He could have easily told me that I needed a brand new transmission, and charge me around $2000, but he suggested that I take it to a Dodge dealership to see if it was still covered under warranty. The catalytic converter was the issue, and I don't need a new transmission. You don't find honest mechanics like this very often, so I wanted to be sure to give him a 5-star rating. Thank you Denny!

My 2006 Toyota Sienna ltd AWD with 138,000 miles on it is running better than before. Denny Wiegand and his colleagues did an excellent job rebuilding the transmission and breathing new life into my 10 year old vehicle. I highly recommend Wiegand Brothers to anyone having transmission problems.
