Quality colorful clothing at affordable prices. Store is neat, clean and bright. Staff is awesome! Returns are a breeze. Desktop computer is located right there, next to the checkout desk, for ordering a different size And of course they will assist you as needed. Stellar customer service.

Love this store. I bought a great winter coat there this year. It a down packable long coat. You can return your online purchases. The people who work there are really helpful and friendly.

I purchased two gift cards for my sis-in-law but sent them to two different email addresses.... I didn't realize it right away... I emailed customer service and they were just great!! They were so kind and patient and found my order and receipt and then I was able to resend it....Their customer service alone would make me want to buy anything from Lands End....Thank you!

I don’t understand why LandsEnd doesn’t have a store here in Cleveland Ohio, LLBeans has a store here in Lyndhurst Ohio & there’s plenty plenty available space for LandsEnd to bring a store here at Lyndhurst OH @ Legacy Village, Orange OH @ Orange Village, Westlake OH @ Crocker Park. These are areas in Cleveland Ohio that spends their money on health, sports, & family. Just something to ponder & consider.

I went to the LandsEnd at the Block in Ross they have the best sales associate. They remind me of the sales associates back in the day. They are very helpful.
