I have to take a minute to write this review specifically for James. He pointed me in the right direction, showed me exactly what I needed and was super friendly and enjoyable to talk to. He made sure every single person in the store was greeted, asked everyone if they needed help, and was a real pleasure to deal with. He made the point to make sure everyone felt important. That man has customer service skills that I have not seen in a very long time. Will definitely return for more shoes because of him.

I am leaving a review specifically for one employee I had the pleasure of meeting today. His name was James out of the Pittsburgh Mills (Tarentum PA.) store. This man lit up the whole store. He had a welcome greeting for everyone who walked in the store. It was pleasant and delightful. When my husband and I made it to the checknout and found out our bogo didn't apply to a pair of shoes we wanted, this man helped us locate a different pair for our picky teenage son. The entire time he was uplifting and courteous. I wish everyone in customer service had this man's positive and welcoming attitude. I cannot say enough. I hope this somehow makes its way to him. He deserves to know how awesome he is! Thanks James...you truly were a joy!

This store is my go-to when I need a good shoe at a good price. I've been going here for years but decided to leave a review now because one store clerk just made my daughter's day by helping her pick out some shoes. James was friendly as soon as we walked in the door and later genuinely helpful when we needed it. We really appreciated it. Always good place to shop but it was top notch today.

The cashier/service rep was one of the best I have ever seen!!!!! He gave everyone in the store personalized attention.

I went in tonight to look at new shoes for the gym, the service I received was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't think to get either employees names that helped me, but they were fantastic. The shoes I liked didn't fit me well and the guy suggested a brand I had never heard of (ryka) they were super comfortable and a fantastic price. These days you don't normally receive great customer service anymore. The man assisting me with finding the right shoes was absolutely amazing. And the girl working the register was super nice as well.

Was just recently at the Pittsburgh Mills store. I was taken care of by a gentleman named James. He greeted everyone coming in the door with a friendly greeting. Very pleasant and talkative with everyone checking out. Great job James.

The clerks are fantastic! Very helpful sizing the CORRECT size for my grandsons. And recommended the perfect shoes for dressy occasions. I will definitely visit the Pittsburgh Mills location again. Thank you!!

Searched 5 stores until I ended up here all for a pair of heels that wrapped around the ankle. Found them and only had 1 pair and it was my size. $79.99 on clearance for $30.00 go to register and get an extra 20 percent off. $24.00 sure I'll take that. Great service, friendly employees, fast service

We found a shoe my wife lkedt but the first location did not have the shoes. So they called this location which had one pair so they held it for us until we arrived there. The shoes were sitting there ready to go which made the purchase quick and easy which I appreciate.

Found Sketchers steel-toed work shoes. Comfortable to walk in. Extra toe protection. Also Sketchers casual slip ONS with what looks like strings, can pass as non-shiny "dress" shoes. No Tying, feels like comfy...

Great choice of shoes, good prices, they do have sales and there's always a clearance rack. I like the fact that sales people don't bug you are there if you need help

It's never crowded, I always find something I like. The employees are always very nice, helpful, and patient.

Always has a variety for me to choose from and if not in that store for my size they will call another location to check on the shoe of your size.
