Our sales associate was very good and very knowledgeable. He could read us very well and knew we were serious and wanted resolve. He was friendly and accommodating with our 1 year toddler running around.

Ron was very knowledgeable and was able give us a good deal without stalling or over selling us mattress covers and sheets. We went to several mattress stores and he was able to give us exactly what we wanted. He was kind and quick with the transaction and we didn’t have to spend hours negotiating a price. He was fair and we would recommend Mattress firm! We can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!!

We went there to get a mattress. The sales person was excellent. She understood our needs. She let us try different kinds of mattresses based on our price range and preference. Excellent service.

We went in to Mattress Firm in Monroeville expecting to be pushed around and told what we needed. However, Ron made us feel comfortable and he was very in tune with our requests. We left there with a awesome Sleepy's bed, box springs, and 2 new cooling pillows for an amazing price! The sales representative was knowledgeable and patient. Did a body assessment utilizing a specific mattress with controls to determine your pressure points etc. This provided a specific profile just for my spouse and determined the best mattress for him.

Sleep expert Symone was incredible!! She was so welcoming, kind, and thorough!! She greeted us with a boisterous welcome and then did a detailed assessment to determine the most compatible mattress for both of us. When I shared that I am have shoulder and back pain, she showed sincere concern and let me try various beds- I ended up liking the first one she recommended the most - a plush hybrid Sealy posturepedic. Ron is amazing, he is very helpful in picking the best mattress for you! He’s funny and informative at the same time and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes.
