Had a great experience. We arrived 15 min before closing time. Matthew was pleasant and helpful. He listened to what I wanted make a couple of recommendations. We chose a mattress, paid for it and were done in 15 min. And never felt rushed.

Stopped in to price some mattresses because I'm moving soon and need a new bed. Michelle was amazing and accommodating. She helped me find a comfortable mattress and frame that fit in my budget. I'm an incredibly indecisive shopper and she was very patient with me. I saved a lot of money by buying one of their warehouse mattresses which are considered preowned. However they're inspected and sanitized and sometimes these mattresses don't even make it into the peoples homes. They can be mailed to the wrong location or the wrong product is sent to the wrong customer and then they have to be sent back and then an extremely generous discount is applied. It made it all possible for me to find a comfortable bed with a super tight budget!

Michelle was so incredibly kind and helpful! She took so much time helping me find the right mattress within my budget and even helped me find additional deals during their Memorial Day Sale. 10/10 would recommend talking to Michelle at the Waterfront location if you’re in the area and looking!

I needed a mattress. I didn’t want one with heat or cooling or adjusts. A basic mattress on the higher end that is comfortable. Researching is useless as the proof is actually lying on the mattress. Michelle made quick work of narrowing down what I wanted. I am very comfortable with the ultimate selection.

Michelle McDowell was able to help me with a mattress matcher over the phone to narrow down the selection for my husband and I, before we even walked into the store. This was a great way to help us avoid being overwhelmed onsite and to save time. She also asked a few questions that made it sound like she had done a sleep study with us as the test patients! I would highly recommend asking for Michelle directly, if you’re in the market for a new mattress. Even if you’re not local to her store, she can absolutely assist you. She sold me my first mattress many years ago I’m a happy repeat customer.

He took his time to show me various models and styles of what I wanted and even sizes. He educated me on models and explained how I could guarantee the sleep I So badly need! Michelle did such an amazing job of helping us judge the right mattress for me, breaking down what kind of support I needed, the science behind it all, and even sold me on buying an electronic bed base that could bend and stretch my back in a way that feels like therapy for the spine. From the first hello, Michelle could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or more caring! She really wants to make sure people get the best SLEEP. She was focused on educating me health benefits and she seemed to be listening to my needs, financial and physical. She commented about how my body was responded that “you were more relaxed in the blue one”.

I had researched about getting a mattress online for months and wanted to go into an actual store just to feel them out. I picked mattress firm in the waterfront because it had more of the items I was interested in on the floor to try. Best. Decision. Ever. I walked in and Michelle the manager (who is also a nurse) assisted me and she was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at any store in my life. She was so incredibly knowledgeable from both her experience with mattresses and as a health care worker and really genuinely was concerned about me getting the best mattress for me not making a sale. She asked poignant relevant questions I hadn’t thought of, noted things like how my alignment looked in various styles, was perceptive, helpful, and wonderful.
I will never buy a mattress not from Michelle again. She was amazing! I thought I’d go to a few stores, but it was a one and done! Just go there and ask for Michelle you won’t regret it and she’ll give you the best deal she can!

Michelle was such a great help. Was looking for something cheap and fast to avoid the rain, and she provided just that with a perfect match! Would say I’ll be back, but I think I’ll be good forever with this one!
