UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics - Bellevue Pediatric Associates, Bellevue Office

I was so nervous about taking my 2 month old for his first immunizations, but the nurse who did them was incredibly fast and made it as painless as possible. Was able to get an appointment right away and they had us in and out in half an hour. So far I highly recommend!

The facility is amazing. Fast and efficient service. My child will be 5 and that's the only place I will take her. Staff is beyond friendly. If you have questions they have no problem taking the time to answer all 5 million of them. If you need and emergency app. Walkins are almost readily available

I have been taking my boys here since my 13 year old was born. We love it!! Dr. Kelly and the entire staff are amazing! Miss a couple people who are longer there though..

They are always very gentle and nice to my daughter and helps her feel comfortable. Very child friendly staff and Drs.

I have always had a good experience with the office. For the most part. There is one particular Dr that I prefer to not see because I feel as though they completely dismiss my concerns for my children before I can even tell them why we are there to begin with. HOWEVER , I just had an extremely poor communication experience with the clinical team there. I took my teen there for acute coughing which I thought was bronchitis. The Dr we saw is our main doctor and we love that. They listen to our concerns and even let my children ask questions. After talking about covid and risks, my teen was swabbed for a rapid test. The nurse came in and said they had quite a few to run and we were welcome to stay or leave to wait for the results. We decided to go ahead and head to the pharmacy for the inhaler that was prescribed and to free up a room for the next appointment. This was early afternoon 12/30. I had to call them today 1/3 to get the results because they failed to call me with them that day. The nurse finally calls back and gives me the results being positive. I asked why was I not notified of this the day it was done and her response simply was that was a question for the office manager and she'll put a note to her. No "how is your child feeling?". Nothing. Called back after 430 today to talk to someone because now my blood is boiling, the longer I wait the more angry I become. The woman who answers tells me that because it was a rapid doesn't mean I'd have the result the same day anyway. I'm fairly certain that is false if I was told I could stay and wait for the results. I imagine it's like a rapid strep test, you get them same day in the office during the visit. The office overall is good, but this particular situation is absolutely unacceptable all the way around and needs to be addressed appropriately. I would say in a timely fashion, but that's already been failed, wouldn't you say? Disappointing to say the least.

They talk to my children and not at them.
They discuss options treatments and give referrals if needed. We have been going here 20 years my oldest is 20 and youngest is 8.
The doctors and nurses are wonderful and clerical are very kind.
There's just one lady who works the desk whom is rude constantly but for all the kind people there I can over look her ignorance and give the place 5 stars.

Great reception and doctors. You don't have to wait so long for your visit. They are so patient with your kids. Great place to bring your child in safe hands.
