Brad is great to deal with, same with his brother. They legitimately offer you a fair offer. I took a penny there before without knowing much about it and they could have gave me 50 bucks I would have been happy, they offered me way more and explained why that coin was a special one.... Highly recommend this business!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very professional, honest, and friendly. Our father passed and we had a lot of coins and money to sell. We felt right at home and hit it off, felt like we were in good hands considering all the emotions and unfamiliarity with selling personal monitory possessions. I feel like there could be a lot of dishonestly in this business but these guys are true gems! Thank you!!

I live very close to this store, and have been meaning to stop in for quite some time. Today I finally had the chance to stop in. I wasn't disappointed. They don't have a showroom like a treasure hunt or some "coin dealer" like treasure hunt, but, it was a great experience. I've been collecting coins for close to 30 years, so, I know what I'm talking about. Every question I had, the gentleman I talked to answered truthfully and professionally. Never trying to bs me about anything. He was nice, professional, and we spent the better part of an hour talking about different aspects of coins, coin collecting, etc. I definately recommend them for your collecting needs. Come to find out, they also deal in postage stamps as well, to me, that is incredible, because from my experience it's EXTREMELY rare these days to run into a shop that deals in stamps. I used to collect postage stamps, so, it brings back memories. This store is a rarity, deserves checking out.

Can’t say enough great things about the staff and ownership of Cybercoins. As a novice, merely interested in ounces of silver, The owner and staff took the time to educate and make certain what I was looking to purchase met my needs. They spent over an hour answering all my questions and than showed me the various silver options. In addition, they gave me a short history tutorial on notes/paper money demonstrating the value of owning precious metals. Also, they showed me coins that reflected various time periods in the Bible. Just a great experience. I left feeling like I knew them for ages. What a knowledgeable outfit, customer based, and genuine people. If your novice or expert coin collector, this is your place. I stopped in Cybercoins for the first time last week. The owner was taking his time showing coins to young collector under 10 years old. The young man's dad was learning as much as his son. What a great experience for me as well. If more numismatics took this approach, our hobby would be growing instead of contracting. Excellent selection of coins, fair prices, and great customer service. I will be back on my next trip to Pittsburgh.

Very friendly service. I bought several gold bullion coins from them recently and they called around for the best price. They have the best (lowest) premium price around. Half of what treasure hunt charges. I find them honest to deal with.

In a world of online coin shopping and local shops that are either closed or by apt. Only it is nice to be able to walk into a shop that is open during normal business hours and have a pleasant experience buying coins locally. Owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even paid for a parking ticket I received while in his store because he “held me up”. How’s that for service.

These guys have a wealth of knowledge. Their prices are fair, and I can always count on their honesty. This has been my go-to shop since I started buying coins 26 years ago.
