Pleasant Hills Apothecary

I can't say enough! I've been using Costco for years now, and while most of their people are both competent and nice, just a couple weren't, and the recent medication shortages showed me cracks in their pleasantness. Not so with Pleasant Hills Apothecary! I'll be switching over the whole family. Thanks!

I love this pharmacy! They deliver your medicine right to your door, are very friendly and knowledgeable! They also have amazing customer service and actually care! Tonight my daughter had an ear infection and her meds were called in at 6:30pm. With the pharmacy closing at 7pm I didn't think I would be able pick up her meds tonight. But I called and they told me to come right down! They even ran it right out to my car so I didn't have to drag my sick kid inside! I am forever appreciative and will always be a loyal customer!

I absolutely love these guys. I switched over to them from CVS years ago and have never regretted it. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They allow for online refills and can even mail or delivery medication, an absolutely PRICELESS service.

If you live in the area you should absolutely make these guys your pharmacy.

Great employees. Luke the pharmacist was very professional and very helpful. I bombarded him with a million questions regarding compounding medicine for my cat, and he answered them all very throughly, and with great patience. Very pleasant experience, he really went the extra mile to treat a customer well.

They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. They even deliver to your door.
If you’re used to the chain store pharmacies, you will be pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully better they are. We will never go anywhere else!

Everyone here was like family or friends. Ken and everyone there always went above and beyond to make sure you got your medicine that was prescribed. They would also talk with you about things to watch for if a medicine might have side effects. They NEVER made you feel any question was silly or dumb. I truly miss you all.

I called and was helped immediately; and you deliver. It is terribly difficult for me to get out to shop with the Pandemic situation. I cannot say enough good about Pleasant Hills Apothecary and pharmacist, Kevin. They go WAY above and beyond to care for their patients and customers and give the personal service that is missing at the big brand pharmacies.

This Is a wonderful local compunding pharmacy! I had a crazy prescription and not all the details were in the prescription. They got in touch with my doctor and I had my prescription in hand two days later. Calling other pharmacies they wanted upwards of 180.00+ for this prescription, here they only charged 87.00. Highly recommend if you have compounding medication needs!

Can’t speak highly enough of Pleasant Hills Apothecary. All of the staff are always pleasant and accommodating and the delivery of prescriptions is so convenient.

Cannot get service like this any where. They are aware of their customers and their needs. They deliver ....for free. When I call, I get thoughtful, professional responses.
